1、听说课教案设计Unit 4 Saving the earth一、教学课型：听说课Warming up Listening &Speaking)二、教材分析1、教材内容（见文末）2、教材处理本单元的中心话题是“拯救地球”，具体涉及的地球所面临的问题、造成这些问题的原因和解决问题的办法等。语言技能和语言知识都是围绕拯救地球这一中心话题设计的。Warming up提供了六幅图片，内容涉及水污染、垃圾污染、空气污染、过度砍伐、沙漠化和饥饿等几个主题，让学生直观地感受地球所面临的一些重大问题。同时设计了五个问题，目的是激活学生知识体系中关于目前世界上几个比较突出的问题的相关知识，要求学生对本单元

2、的学习做出预测，将学生的注意力引向本单元的学习。Listening部分是一篇有关维护地球环境破坏的演讲，旨在训练学生从听力材料中获取有效信息，从而进行逻辑推理并能推测出演讲者将说出的内容。Speaking部分设计了一个主题情境，同时提供了五个角色，要求学生在小组讨论的基础上，提出解决问题的办法。3、教学目标1）训练学生的听力2）通过谈论自然环境等话题提高学生的语言能力3）学习并掌握一些重点词汇，灵活运用支持某观点的交际用语词汇和短语：pollution, attend, issue, summarize, environment交际用语：supporting an opinion: We mu

3、st make sure that Im all for Sure/Certainly/Absolutely Its clear that It would be better if we4）帮助学生了解有关污染方面的情况4、教学重点及难点：1) 讨论破坏环境几大问题的原因和解决办法，分角色话题讨论，训练学生的听说能力2）对学生思维的启发和话题的引导三、教学设计笔者坚持以学生为主体，借助于多媒体教学，利用最有效的教学资源，精心设计了课件。从lead-in开始到warming up，对学生来一场headstorm，展示大量的与污染和破坏有关的图片让学生了解环境的相关背景文化知识，利用自己的身边事

4、和行为为主题，让学生认识到保护环境的重要性，为后面的活动做好铺垫。听力部分，笔者结合学生的实际情况，遵循因材施教原则，在设置任务时简化了听力难度，在听力材料的主题以及关键细节方面设置了选择题、填空题和判断正误题，让学生人人参与，从中获得成功感，增添学习信心。在speaking这部分，创设交际情景，让学生模拟真实情景进行角色扮演，随后的discussion，用学生身边的所见所闻，让学生知道保护环境要从身边做起，从小事做起，深化主题。课后作业，将所学的东西写成作文，听说读写融为一体，全面训练了学生的学习能力。整个教学过程笔者的设计都是由浅入深，环环相扣，重点培养学生的语言运用能力。四、教学过程：S

Why?设计说明图片最能引起学生对内容的兴趣，地球本来是一个非常美丽的家园，善心悦目的风景让学生知道这是地球很高兴的原因。一个满目疮痍的哭泣着的地球引发学生的思考,为什么地球会这样，从而让学生循序渐进的进入今天学习的主题。Step 2 warming up1、Show the pictures of garbage，w

11、自主减排，展示中国政府为保护全球气候做出贡献的决心、信心和政治意愿。设计说明本文内容没有图片直接涉及到全球气候变暖问题，笔者在上这堂课的时候，正遇上哥本哈根气候大会，因此将此内容添加进去，这样恰当的将时事与课本知识结合起来，让学生了解更深刻。7)Starvation & povertyCauses: poor economy and education, natural disasters, no enough land, war etcSolution: protect the environment, financial aid, education and technology设

12、计说明本环节笔者用一些事实图片，直观、形象、生动，吸引学生的注意力，接触到一些本单元主题有关的新词汇，激活学生的思维，从而进入到地球现在面临的几大严重问题的思考中去，进而想出解决问题的办法，这样为随之的听说奠定了很大的知识和词汇基础，为话题讨论做了很大的铺垫。Step3 pre-listeningQuestions: what is the biggest problem facing the earth? why do you think so?这两个问题启发学生发表自己的观点，有的同学会说水污染，有的会说空气污染，由此为听做下准备Step4 while-listening听第一遍，选择最佳

16、篇听力材料细节方面的把握。简化难度，让学生人人参与，增添学习信心。Step5 speaking教师将班上所有学生全部分成5个人一组的小组，然后分角色进行讨论，在给一定时间之后选几组代表上台表演。情境：5个人开个会议，讨论有着丰富煤资源的村庄是否应该开发，5个人分别是商人、环保主义者、科学家、当地居民和村领导。设计说明设计情境的角色表演，能让学生身入其境，锻炼学生的胆量，激励学生运用自己的思维开口说话，激活学生的学习兴趣，增强学生的自信心和学习活动能力，提高语言交际能力。Step6 Discussion 教师由一个问题“What can we do to protect our school e
