公文正文及附件格式规定

1、公文正文及附件格式规定根据国家行政机关公文格式（GB/T 9704-1999 ）,现对总部公文（函）用纸纸型、幅面尺寸、版心和排版数据、 正文各要素字体字号、排布规则等做出如下规定：一、关于公文（函）用纸纸型和幅面尺寸的规定根据印刷、书写和绘图纸幅面尺寸（GB/T 148-1997 ）, 公文用纸纸型为 A4型，成品幅面尺寸为 210 mmx 297 mm。二、关于公文（函）版心和排版数据的规定（一）版心尺寸（指文字区域高和宽）：高 225 mmX宽 156 mm。（二）页边距（指文字区域与各页边的距离）：上边为37 mm,下边为 35 mm,左边为 28 mm,右边为 26 mm。（三）排版

2、数据基础字号为3号字（16磅），每页行数为22行，每行字 数为28字，行距为固定值 28磅。三、正文各要素字体字号、排布规则（一）正文字号：包括发文字号、正文文字（各级标题除外）、版记文字（主题词栏除外），均为3号方正仿宋体。（二）各级标题字号：文题为2号方正小标宋，左右居中排；内题分四级：一级标题为3号方正小标宋，左右居中排；二级标题为3号方正黑体，居左前空 2字排；三级标题为 3号方正楷体，居左前空 2字排；四级标题为3号方正仿宋体 （可加粗处理），居左前空2字排。（三）公文附件正文和各级标题各要素字体字号、排布 规则与公文正文相同。（四）领导讲话、会议纪要、工作简报、工作报告等文 字材料
