1、CPCP 型单螺杆压缩机论文：CP 型单螺杆压缩机啮合方程运动 仿真有限元分析快速成型制造 【中文摘要】单螺杆压缩机作为当今压缩机领域最顶尖技术的产 物,是当前最新技术的机电一体化的通用设备之一，具有结构紧凑，力 平衡性优良，单机容量大，无余隙容积，噪声低,振动小等优点，广泛应 用于空气动力、军事、石油、机车、制冷、化工、医药等众多领域。 本文对CP 型单螺杆压缩机进行了探索性研究，主要完成了以下工作： 探索了单螺杆压缩机螺杆与星轮的啮合特性，运用空间啮合理论推导 出了螺杆左、右螺旋槽面方程。计算了星轮二次包络的啮合方程及星 轮二次包络的齿面方程。确定了单螺杆压缩机关键零件的几何参数 ， 利用

2、三维计算机辅助设计软件 UG 建立了单螺杆压缩机关键零件的三 维实体模型并进行了虚拟装配。运用多体动力学软件 ADAM 对虚拟样 机进行了运动学仿真分析，得到了单螺杆压缩机关键零件的运动情 况。利用有限元分析软件ABAQU对单螺杆压缩机样机模型及其关键 零件进行了模态分析，仿真计算出了样机模型及关键零件的固有频率 和振型图，分析结果验证了该样机的固有频率满足设计要求。介绍了 快速成型制造技术的分类及 projet3Dsystem SD3000 快速成型机的快 速成型原理，应用projet3Dsystem SD3000 快速成型机制造了单螺杆 压缩机的关键零件螺杆和左右两星轮片，装配后螺杆与星轮

It has many merits, such as the compact structure, the ideal bal

5、died in this paper, and the main research works are completed as followi ng.The mesh ing characteristics of screw and gators of the single screw compressor were studied, and the left and right spiral groove surface equatio ns of screw were obta ined based on the space meshi ng theory. 6、quati ons of inv erse env elope of gators were established, and the tooth profiles of gators were also obta in ed.The geometry parameters of the sin gle screw compressor were con firmed. The 3D solid models of the key parts of single screw compressor were established, and the virtual assembly of SSC
