1、6(10)KV 变配电系统调试方案 Scheme of 6KV transformer station system testl、编制说明Instruction为确保供电的可靠性， 6KV 变配电系统，通常设计为两段单母线双回路电源供电，由 母联断路器将其二段连结，可分段或并联运行。本方案针对此运行方式编写，适合国内工 程项目，现场可结合实际情况予以参考。Power supply by single bus-bar in two sections a double of circuit in 6KV system, join the two bus-bar with Circuit Break

6、 and connection wire 保护继电器及综合保护单元校验整定，计量表计的校验。Test and adjustment for protect-delay and Measuring-meter 盘柜间二次联络线校核。Secondary connect wire inspection between panel 直流盘柜调试。中央信号系统调试。 进线柜、母联柜本体调试。Test for DC panel, central signal system ,and test for single of supply powerpanel and busPT 柜二次回路的调试。 交流二次回

Test for transformer with long distance observing use computer 调试资料的整理，填写试验报告。安装调试工作的检查确认及送电的准备。Record report,Check all testing then power5、调试工作的工 艺及技 术要求Test program1 高压一次电气设备试验 ：HV test of primary equipment 高压一次电气设备试验包括变压器、断路器（油、真空、六氟化硫断路器）电流互感 器、电压互感器、避雷器、电力电缆、绝缘子、电容器、而

9、离开关等。试验项目及试验的标准按照国标 GB5015091 执行，主要的试验方法参照高压电器 试验方法。Demand and item 0f HV primary equipment according with GB50150-91, the equipment consist of transformer, CT and PT panel, arrester , insulator, capacitor, isolate switch and so on常 规 的几 种试验 方法：Following test methoda绝缘电阻的测试。按照被试设备的额定电压等级选择兆欧表，正常情况下待

10、表指示 稳定后读取测试值，特殊情况下指 60S 时的测试值。注意将兆欧表的 L 端子接被试物、 E 接地、 G 端接屏蔽层位置。Ins. Resistance test. Pick me ohm meter according to rated voltage grade of equipment . Record data when it stabled. Special is 60s.b、交流耐压试验。试验时注意复核接线和设备接地的连接。检查试验器过流保护整定 值，正确选择试验器的容量，试验时宜采用静电电压表监视一次侧电压或球隙放电器和保 护用水电阻串人试验器高压侧。Check the c

12、线正确，观察漏泄电流的变化，升压时要均匀。耐压 试验后要放电。注意不同设备的耐压时间。Uniform raising voltage when DC leakage test, discharge after tested. Different equipment has different withstanding voltage time.d、金属氢化物避雷器试验。可依据设备出厂的技术文件，最好采用专用试验设备检查 ImA电流时的电压UlmA ；。和0.75UlmA ;时的电流I。做完测试后可再测绝缘电阻。将其与 厂家技术文件比较，确认是否合格。Record the U1mA and ci

18、 Sealed and Marked the qualified delay3 电气计 量表计的校 验Measuring-meter test现场常用电流表、电压表、功率表、Cos§表、频率、电能表的检定可参照有关的计量 检定规程执行。现场常采用比较法进行校验。注意表的准确度计算的正确性和标准表准确 等级的选择。检定完的表计注意做好标识。Test for current-meter, voltage-meter, power-meter , Cos$ -meter, frequency-meter andeletricenergy-meter with contrast usuall

20、orm to design.5 盘间联络线 的校 验Connecting-wire between panel test 可依据施工图逐段按回路校验。做到接线正确、紧固，端子头字迹清楚。对于交流电 流回路的检查，要将二次线解除后校验。同时注意与 CT 的极性连接要正确。Check connecting-wire according with drawing, ensure correctness. 21、est 要先进行本体调试，检查预报、事故信号的正确性。光字牌位置与图纸相符，然后与 变电所微机监控部分进行整组系统调试。Test for central signal system with observing use computer in transformer substation after single testing, Ensure alarming and accident system work without error.PT 与二次公用系统调试时，注意声光信号的正确性。Ensure sound and flare work correctly in test for sec

22、ondary common system 直流系统调试时，先完成蓄电池充、放电工作，待系统正常后，检查各回路绝缘，合 格后可投人运行。检查信号、控制、合闸电源是否正常，闪光是否正确。Take the work of storage battery charge and discharge before DC system test. Check every circuit insulation after system operate stability, then make it running .进行BZT测试时，可在PT二次侧熔断器下侧加人三相100V电压（注意PT在断开位 置， PT

23、二次侧不能带电，防止 PT 反送电）。按设计图纸要求逐项试验。满足图纸设计的 切换自动投入的要求。Adding AC three-phase voltage for 100V, below fuse of PT secondary , Ensure BZT automation work交流计量、保护电流二次回路可在一次侧通人电流，二次侧用钳形电流表或串接电流 表的方法检查其接线正确性，如果能加至继电器动作值时，应与控制回路一起调试。计量 回路试验时应注意表计指示的正确性。Test for measure and protect secondary circuit, adding curren
