24、作员38 人、保洁 133 人。3、特勤服(86 人)春秋装:春秋作训服上衣及裤子。夏装:夏季作训服。4、导游服(46 人)春秋装和夏装由厂家直接提供样衣。(二)制作要求1 、员工夏装除仙女山景区因夏季气温低、日照强按长袖制作外,其他部门员工统一制作短袖。2、员工夏装不再配发裤子,统一着春秋装裤子(特殊岗位除外)。3、在工作服上衣左上胸统一制作魔术贴,采用粘贴式工号牌。三、确定款式和样衣(一)邀约供应商。广泛联系之前有过往来的服装公司(约 12 家) , 确定是否愿意参加本次夏装工作服的竞标活动,treamlining.Fourare standardvisits,exceptas requi

30、 ndr uralconstruction land increaseanddecrease,repla并在 3 月底提供样服。(二)民意选择。各部门指派的员工代表对服装公司提供样衣选择款式,并对服装款式、面料及各种功能性需求提出意见。(三)款式、样衣确定。人力资源部将民意选择意见汇总后,提请工作服采购领导小组审议,最终确定款式、面料及其他要求。四、竞标(一)制作竞标方案。根据工作服采购领导小组提出要求制作竞标方案,联系竞标企业,告知竞标时间、竞标方法。(二)审核入围资格。竞标企业提供样衣必须与我司所提供样衣款式和面料要求一致。交样时附竞标公司营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证等相关资历证明
31、。所交样衣必须提供真实有效的纤检局质检报告,且检测结果必须符合我公司要求。以上条件,凡其中一条未能达到要求的则取消竞标资格。(三)现场竞标。由工作服采购领导小组成员进行现场竞标打分(总得分=报价得分× 60%+ 综合得分× 40%+ 加分项) 。 其中“报价得分”最低报价为满分 100 分, 其他报价按比例折算, 报价超过最报价低价100% 为 0 分; “综合得分”根据竞标单位现场讲解,满分100 分(介绍本公司优势,针对我公司工作服实际情况提出专业解决方案,作出更优售后服务primaryfirst-hand an inade quategrasp oftheprobl

33、notifications,thisareanee ds furt her承诺等) ,各服装公司代表按照抽签顺序依次进行现场讲解和报价,由工作服采购领导小组成员打分,加权平均。再看是否有加分项(提供一套样衣加3 分,有历史合作关系加3分) ,最终确定总分,分高者中标。若报价相同则进行第二次报价(二次报价分值计算基准按第一次报价的最低价为100% ) ,直至确定中标单位。竞标活动结束后,现场公布竞标结果。五、检测样衣、签订采购合同(一)最终确定的中标单位,公司将对其样衣进行封样送检,如检测结果与其所提供纤检报告不一致的,则取消其资格,并由排名下一位的服装公司递补。(二)纤检报告结果相符,公司则与
34、其签订服装制作采购合同。六、验收、发放工作服(一)服装公司按合同规定时间交货时,由工作服采购领导小组随机抽取所交货品,送纤检局检测。检测与样衣相符后,方可收货。(二)工作服经验收合格,由人力资源部负责发放到公司各部门,各部门再分发给所属员工。(三)若工作服存在质量问题,则以部门为单位进行情况收集和统计,并及时反馈给人力资源部统一进行处理。七、售后要求the principl e ofsimplified E IA ofconstructionpr ojects i n the regi on.
