31、的用法:时间在半点以内或正好半点用past, 如7:10 是 ten past six 7:30 是 half past seven . to 的用法:超过半点(差几分便是几)用to ,整点数相应向前进一位,如8:40是twenty to nine . 9:50是ten to ten . 10、在下用红笔标出past和to。 Step3.
