3、d journalists all over the world, for itwould blemish thecitys and even chinas image and leave a bad reputation. so we really have to workhard on green olympics.now, we are middle school students. wemust improve the sense of protecting theenvironment and make a contribution to green olympics .in our

4、 life, a lot of rubbish , such as waste paper, plastic bottles ,batteries and so on , isproduced every day . after we learnt the passage makeour environment morebeautiful , wefound a lot of rubbish thrown into dustbins could be recycled in factduring our discussion. so we thought it would be better

5、if we could classify rubbish . wetold our idea to our teacher and he supported us very much . we became volunteers toclassify rubbish . firstly we got three big boxes and put them in acorner of our classroom . one is for waste paper , one for plastics and coke cans andthe other is for batteries . wi

6、th teachers help ,soon all the students took part in theactivity of classifying rubbish .in a month , wecollected three boxes of paper , a box ofbatteries and a box of plastics and coke cans .we sold them for 28 yuan and boughtsome young trees with the money . we planted the trees around our school

7、. we wereall spoken highly of by our school principals. now we keep on the job and are all proudof improving environment .the world trusts beijing .beijing still has a lot to do to reach the level the world expects,but we have the confidence to makebeijing a green city. great changes are takingplace

9、站在这里，我感到是一种荣耀，我此时的 心情非常激动。我演讲的题目是：垃圾分类，改善环境！应该说垃圾问题一直是困扰我们的一大难题。 随着 2008 年的临近，每一个市民 都深切地意识到 绿色北京，绿色奥运 对北京乃至中国将有着多么深远的影响！ 几乎到处是垃圾的情景早就给我们留下了深刻的印象。 我相信没有一个中国人愿 意把北京不好的印象留给来自世界各地的参赛队员和新闻记者， 因为它会严重损 坏北京乃至中国的形象和声誉。所以，我们必须致力于建设绿色奥运这一目标。我们现在是中学生。我们必须提高我们保护环境的意识，从现在做起，为 2008 年绿色奥运做出我们的贡献。在我们的生活中，每天都要产生大量的垃圾

10、象废纸，塑料瓶，可乐罐，电池等 等。在我们学习 美化环境 这篇课文时，我和几个同学在讨论时发现许多扔进 垃圾桶里面的垃圾实际上是可以回收的。 所以我们就想如果能把垃圾进行分类 就太好了。我们把想法告诉了班主任并受到了老师的大力支持 . 于是我们几个 成了垃圾分类的志愿者。首先我们找来三个大箱子， 把他们放在教室的一个角落 里。一个用来装废纸，一个用来放塑料制品和可乐罐， 还有一个用来收集旧电池。 在老师的帮助下，很快全班同学都加入到垃圾分类的活动中来。 在一个月内我 们就收集了三箱子废纸， 一箱子电池和一箱子塑料瓶。 这些垃圾卖了 28 元 ，我 们用这些钱买了几棵小树栽在了学校的周围。 我们的行动受到了校领导的高度赞 扬。现在我们仍然坚持垃圾分类活动，我们以为改善环境出了一份力而自豪！世界相信北京，要实现全世界对北京的期盼，北京
