30、 n恢复地貌一公路恢复一铺红砖层一分层夯实一主管穿越套管安装一3 .主要工序施工方法3.1 施工准备3.1.1 认真熟悉图纸，掌握穿越的结构、深度等要求。3.1.2 检查施工用设备、手段用料是否齐全完好。3.1.3 与公路主管部门联系，按要求办理好施工许可手续。3.1.4 查明穿越段地下是否有管道、电缆、光缆等障碍物。3.1.5 施工现场场地平整。3.2 测量放线根据图纸放出穿越中心线，作业带边界线，穿越起止点位置。3.3 主管段预制3.3.1 组对、焊接把穿越管摆在平整好的预制场进行组对、焊接。施工方法与质量标准与主体管道焊接 相同。3.3.2 防腐补口试压合格后进行防腐补口、补伤。施工方法

31、、质量标准与主体管道相同。3.4 修筑绕行便道（或制作钢过桥）3.4.1 采用修绕行便道方法开挖公路，应先查看穿越点地形，选择合适的便道走向。 便道长度150200ml或可利用附近现有的、废弃的公路进行绕行，必要时可对这些公路 进行修复。修绕行便道应用推土机、压路机进行施工。路基必须扎实，在细土地段修筑时 应拉碎石填压路基。修筑的道路应保证车辆的正常通行并得到地方公路主管部门的同意。3.4.2 钢过桥按下示意图制作。路桥骨架采用120b工字钢做成，横向用120b工字钢 联接，骨架上面用6 =12mrnB的钢板做平面，每段骨架下部 1.5m长用6 =8mrnB的钢板做 支撑平面，每条路设两块路桥

32、，车辆实行单向行驶。5400钢过桥制作示意图3.5 管沟开挖3.5.1 开挖之前，应根据穿越点的实际情况选择修筑绕行道路或铺设钢过桥，当穿越 点两边开阔能修绕行便道时，可用修绕行道路保证车辆通行。如穿越点狭窄无法修绕行使 道可用钢过桥保证车辆通行。3.5.2 由于主管穿越是在沟内从公路一边向另一边进行，所以应在主管预制边沿穿越 中心线挖一段主管穿越发送管沟，长度为主管段长度的2/3-3/4 o3.5.3 开挖公路前，应向地方公路交通管理部门申请，经同意后方可进行开挖。在施 工点两侧各200m范围内设置警示标志，要求车辆、行人遵守交通秩序，减速慢行。聘请 专业交通指挥人员临时指挥车辆放单行。管沟

40、nd armig teLni que s probso ing metods paki pain i n3.5.5 用钢过桥法开挖公路，先挖一半，由专人指挥车辆和行人从单斗后方行走，挖 好一半后，将事先准备好的路桥放在挖好的管沟上方，满足车辆、行人的行走，由专人指 挥车辆和行人从路桥上通过，单斗继续挖余下的管沟。3.5.6 用绕行道路法挖沟布置如下图：绕行道路开挖公路示意图3.6 主管穿越将穿越保护套管放入管沟内并进行安装，管沟经测量、检查合格并经监理确认后进行 主管穿越。穿越管下沟时两台吊管机要由一人统一指挥，两台吊管机的动做要协调一致， 移动要缓慢，防止擦伤管子。软质土地基公路安装前沟底要

41、用素土回填夯实300mnff,防止管道安装后沉降。3.7 分层夯实、干铺红砖层管道安装后经测量、检查合格并经监理确认后应立即进行回填，回填时应分层夯实， 防止沉陷，夯实度大于 0.9,每层厚度不应大于300mm夯实后按设计要求将红砖层铺盖 在管线回填土上，红砖层距管线不应小于 500mm红砖层铺设长度应大于路基下坡角，不 可伸出路边沟。3.8 公路恢复、红砖层铺设后根据当地相关部门文件及要求进行道路恢复工作，恢复正常通车。3.9 恢复地貌附件安装完毕请监理检查确认后，进行剩余管沟的回填、地貌恢复。清理施工现场的 剩余材料、废料等杂物，设备撤离，作到工完料尽场地清。把施工时破坏的地貌恢复到原 来
