5、guelles面积 /Approximate area: 27 360m2 项目时间 /Project Date: 1997 1998 工程时间 /Execution Date: 1999 20011原建筑由建筑师里卡多·巴斯提达设计，始建于1920 年前后，曾经过数次改造。我们所做的是涉及整 栋建筑的综合改造。要保护列入保护范围的元素，同 时确保该建筑能够满足现代办公便利和设施方面的要 求。我们做了一些调整，令大楼的空间和功能组织方 面更具连贯性。通过调整建筑的组织结构，我们解决 了一系列问题，在普通的隔墙上加入辅助支柱，将应 急楼梯放在恰当的位置，修改现有的天井，调整它的 形态。

6、为透光、通风而设的 3 个室外区域，改变了环境 条件，并且拥有独具特色、与建筑相辅相成的特点。 因此，“阿拉班”内院就像灯箱，覆盖着梳子状的梁， 照亮了办公室区。在公共楼层，一个小院子分开了银 行的两种主要活动行政和客户服务并通过白色大 理石反射光线。位于交叉路口的院子，原本的矩形， 转化成由石头和印字玻璃构成的圆柱状区域，形成了 一个大型的交流空间。第 3 个内院，名为“塞维利亚”， 通过格子改变了它的比例以提高其亮度和容量，攀爬 植物的生长表现了植物的特色。用以上这些方式，楼 层焕然一新。（叶扬 译）The original construction by the architectRic

7、ardo Bastida has undergone several partial renovations since it was built around 1920. The current project involves a comprehensive renovation of the entire building. The listed elements are safeguarded whilst ensuring the convenience and facilities expected in a modern office building.We made some

8、changes that give coherence to the spatial and functional organization of the building. A new backbone of services in the common dividing wall, the correct location of emergency stairways and the transformation of existing patios, update its typology and solve the serious problems posed by the organ

9、izational structure of the building.The three outdoor areas, dedicated to light and ventilate, change these conditions and take on a character, distinctive and complementary. Thus Arlabán patio becomes a light box, covered by a comb of beams, that light the office areas.
