3、 tank and second sediment tank etc.二、结构及工作原理Structure and working principlePJ-T型行车式提板刮泥机主要由驱动减速装置、桁架（工作桥）、刮泥装置、刮泥提升机构、电控箱等部分组合于行车架上的一个整体装置。PJ-T type scraper consists of drive reduction device, truss (work bridge), scrape device, mud lifting device and electric control box.设备在电控装置的指令下，刮泥装置随行车架沿池面敷设的轨

4、道直线往复运行。提升机构定时（定程）提升或降落刮板，将池底泥砂刮集于集泥槽中后排出池外。The equipment is controlled by the electric control device. The scrape device moves straightly along the rail. 5、hen discharge.三、安装Installation（一）、导轨的安装the installation of guides1、 轨道排直后，将垫板与预埋钢板焊接，然后旋紧螺母；Put the guides straightly and weld the back plate and embedded plate, then screw nuts.2、 安装完毕轨道底部水泥砂浆填实；The bottom of the guides is filled with cement and mortar after installation.3、 轨道接头处的高差和左右不平允差1mm；The s

6、urmount and level error of guides connect point is 1mm4、 轨道的同一截面相对称高允差5mm；The allowable error of same cross section of the rail is 5mm5、 轨道弯路2允差±5mm；The allowable error of guides crooked path 2 is 5mm6、 两条轨道接头处错开距离500mm；the distance between two guides connect joint should be stagger more than 5

8、on joint is 3±1mm（二）、传动部件的安装 the installation of drive part1、各传动部件在安装时须经手动校验，要求灵活正确可靠和无阻滞现象；All drive parts should be checked by hand when installation, they must be nimble, correct, reliable and no blocking.2、行走机构两台减速机的转速应绝对相同，安装后应在钢轨上试运行，两边走轮要保证平行前进；Two reductor of moving device should have t

It must do test run in the rail after installation, the wheel in both sides must move in parallel3、本机安装后要求四个车轮同时座落钢轨，左右滚轮中心线的偏差值不大于3mm ；The four wheels must stay on the steel rails at the same time after installation, the deviation of left and right wheels center line cant bigger than

10、 3mm4、泥耙升降时，构架平面应保持平衡，左右无明显倾斜；When lift the mud rake, the frame plane should maintain its balance, and no obvious slope5、所有转动及铰接部位应转动灵活，无卡滞现象。All turn around and hinge joint parts must be nimble and has no blocking.（三）、电缆的安装the installation of cable所有设备安装好后根据现场实际安装情况将电缆支架与池子上的预埋钢板进行焊接并保证牢固。After ins

11、talling the equipment, weld the cable stand and the embedded plate.四、使用操作Operation1、 各驱动机构、减速器各滚动轴承及活动部位要注一定数量的润滑油及油脂。The drive part, rolling bearing and move part of reductor must be add some lubrication oil and fat.2、 接上电源后，应检查各驱动机构转向是否一致，各行程开关安装位置、接线及动作是否符合要求，如有差错应立即调整。After connecting the power,

12、 we should check if the drive devices are turn to the same direction, if the installation position , connection and movement of travel switch is accord with the requirement. If there is some wrong, must adjust immediately.3、 消除沉淀池中的施工垃圾及其它杂物。Clean the construction rubbish and other sundries in the s

13、ediment tank, 4、 在沉淀池灌水之前，刮泥机空车应往复多次运转，以检验驱动机构运转是否正常，与此同时，确定行程开关撞块位置及行车滚轮的两端制动的定位撑脚位置，保证泥耙提升机构的下落和提升符合工作要求。Before watering the sediment tank, the scraper should be run without load for many times to check if the drive device works normally. At the same time, determine the bump part position of trave

14、l switch and the support position of both ends of roller to ensure that the lift device of mud rake can fall and lift by the requirement5、 空车往返运转中，应观察刮泥板是否与池壁碰撞，设计时通常考虑与池壁保持50-100mm以内（具体可根据现场会实际安装情况进行调整），经多次反复试车确定运行正常，方可向沉淀池中灌水。When the scraper runs without load, we should observe if the scrape plat

The distance between the equipment and tank wall is 50-1000mm when designed (it can be adjusted according to the actual state)., the scraper should be run without load for many times then watering the sediment tank.6、 设备为单向刮泥，当从端部起始运作时卷扬机构将括板放下，驱动装置带动刮泥机行驶并完成池底的刮泥工作使污泥刮至集泥

16、槽，当返回时刮泥板提起，此时为一个行程。正个行程由一套卷扬装置完成，The equipment scrapes towards to the single direction. When it runs from the beginning, the windlass device falls off the scrape plate, the drive device make the scraper run and scrape the mud to the mud collection trough, when return, the scrape plate has been lift

The whole travel is carried out by one set of windlass device.7、 池子灌水达到设计水位后进行试运行，经运转1-2个行程后，如运转平稳，刮泥板能正常提放，可以认为刮泥机可投入正常工作。Do test run w hen the water reaches to the design level. After run 1-2 travels, if run stably, the scrape plate can be lift and fall normally, the scraper ca

18、n put into normal work.五、维护及保养Maintenance1、 减速器电机、各滚动轴承座运转满100小时后，均应清洗并加注新油脂（减速机的维护保养详见减速机说明书）。The motor and bearing base of reductor has run 100 hours, they should be cleaned and add new fat (the maintenance of reductor is shown in detail in the reductor description)2、 提升机构减速器上链条不能过松，保持松紧适宜，两链轮在同一平

19、面内。The chain on the reductor of lift device cant be too slack, it should keep suitable tightness. Two chain wheels should be in the same plane.3、 每隔半月或一月检查各电器开关触点，如发现烧毛应进行修正、砂光，严重时应更换新触点。Check out the switch contactor of electric equipment once half a month or a month. If find singe, it must to be a

20、mended. The contactor must be changed if seriously.4、 定期停车进行一次全面检查，检查连接是否牢固，活动部位是否磨损，活动是否灵活，如果磨损则应及时修或更换，油漆脱落部分应铲除后涂刷新底面漆。Do a overall check at regular intervals. Check if the connect is stable, the movable part has abrasion, the move is nimble. If there is some abrasion, the part must be amended or

21、 changed. The part which the paint has come off should scrape the old paint and brush new paint.5、 经常检查观察驱动机构运转是否正常，如有异常应立即停车检查，排除故障。Often check if the drive device runs normally. It should check immediately if has abnormal phenomena.6、 经常对转动机构加注润滑油或油脂。The move part should often add lubrication oil

22、or fat.7、 经常检查钢丝绳在绳筒、滑轮上的位置，如有异常立即调整。Often check the position of wire rope in the rope cylinder, if it is abnormal, adjust immediately.8、 若池内水面结冰，应在解冻后才能进行。If the water freezes, the equipment should run after thwwing.六、一般常见故障及排除Ordinary malfunctions and elimination故障现象malfunctions原 因reason消除方法elimin
