1、永續校園無障礙環境認知評估之研究A Perceptions Evaluation for the Barrier-Free Environment of Sustainable Campus作者:洪黛芬(Hung,Tai-fen)服務單位及職稱:建築師,正修科技大學建築工程系講師 (Architect/ Lecturer,Cheng Shiu Institute of Technology, Department of Architectural Engineering)中文摘要:永續相關議題之推動是全球性環境規畫的驅勢,且推展至永續理念之校園規畫設計之成效評估,以創造優質永續發展之校園願景。
2、為了推動校園環境能符合永續規劃設計觀念,營造校園安全之無障礙環境品質應是優先考慮的目標,其次才是校園健康、校園生態、校園節能、校園省廢等課題。 因此二十一世紀的校園環境,不只是所有人都容易使用的無障礙環境,也是所有人可以參與的共通化環境,同時也應考慮節省能源、資源再利用、排除對人體有害物質的生態設計,讓人類與自然環境共生,以達成永續性環境(Sustainable Environment)的環境目標 陳政雄,2000。本研究動機乃為推展校園建築應具有無障礙的環境設計觀念,以維護校園裡所有行動不便者自由移動的權利,更使所有師生能安心、安全又方便地教學與學習。本研究目的乃以正修科技大學作為探討無障礙
3、環境設計的案例,藉由師生對於無障礙環境的認知之調查研究,探討無障礙空間需求與認知度、滿意度、重視度評估,以做為加強無障礙環境的改善、無障礙設施與設備的充實以及社會大眾態度的改變,以建立永續校園無障礙的生活環境。擬進行大綱如下: (1)研究動機與之確立,了解永續校園與無障礙環境規畫設計的議題與規定。(2)透過相關論述與文獻的轉化,建立一系列共通性的評估模式與因子。(3)選定正修科大總圖書館進行認知評估,以問卷調查方式來探討師生及館員對於無障礙環境的認知,以分析其重視度與滿意度等,。(4)歸納出永續校園無障礙環境需求的結論與建議,以提供無障礙環境之永續建築規劃設計之觀念與方法。英文摘要:Abstr

5、he campus environment to accord with and continue the planning and designing concepts, it is a goal paid the most attention to build the safe quality of the “barrier-free environment “in the campus, secondly it is such subjects as the healthy campus, ecology campus , energy-conservation campus , red
6、uce offal in the campus construction. So the campus environment in the 21st century is the barrier-free environment easy to use that not only all people, it is” the environment of universal design “ that all people can participate in too, at the same time it should have considered “save energy”,” ut
7、ilize resource again”, “ get rid of harmful materials ”in ecological design. It let mankind and natural environment intergrowth in order to reach the environmental goal of “ the sustainable environment ”. Zheng Xiong Chen, 2000. This research motive is for promoting the campus buildings with the des
8、ign concept of the barrier-free environment, in order to maintain all rights to move freely for those who have difficulties getting about on the campus. Enable teachers and students to study and learn safety and conveniently even more. This research purpose is in order to repair the case designed as
9、 probing into the barrier-free environment of Cheng Shiu University, with the investigations of Perceptions Evaluation on the demands and cognitions degree, satisfactions of the barrier-free space of teachers and students, in order to pay attention for assessing or improving the barrier-free environ
10、ment and equipments, and the changes of people's attitude to set up and continue the living environment without the barrier-free environment of the sustainable campus forever. Plan to carry on outlines as follows: 1. Study the motive and its establishment to understand that environmental rules,
11、topics and regulations of the sustainable campus and the barrier-free environment 2. Through describing the transformation with documents relevantly , set up a series of compatibility assessment system and factor. 3. Select and build the general library of Cheng Shiu University and carrying on the P
12、erceptions Evaluation on cognitive assessment of the barrier-free environment of teachers and students and office-staff by way of questionnaire investigation, in order to analys the attention to degree and satisfaction,etc.,. 4. Sum up the conclusion and suggestion with the barrier-free environmental demand of sustainable campus, in order to off
