Connection If the compressor reaches the job site with the cylinders still to be connected, they will be in-stalled after the final anchoring of crankcase and crosshead extensions. The complete procedures for connecting the cylinders to the frame and an-ch

2、oring them to the foundation are given in items 1.1 and 1.2. WARNING For the correct arrangement of the cylin-ders on the frame, refer to the GENERAL ARRANGEMENT drawing of the compressor included in the part DATA SHEETS and SCHEMATICS of this Manual. In case that more cylinders are due to the same

3、stage, refer to the WORKSHOP ASSEMBLING CARD found in the QUALITY DATA BOOK of this compressor. If the cylinders reach the job site already con-nected, no special procedure need to be carried out for vertical cylinders. For horizontal cylinders, start from step a of item 1.2 and after having complet

4、ed step b, loosen the nuts of the stud bolts fastening the cylinder to the frame. Then go on to steps c and following. When the cylinders are to be connected to frame on the jobsite, after the procedure has been completed, the piston must be connected to the crosshead. Consult the CROSSHEAD paragrap

5、h in the FRAME AND CRANKGEAR Section and the PISTONS-PISTON RODS paragraph in the CYLINDER ASSEMBLIES Section. a - Thoroughly inspect the mating faces between frame and cylinder, removing any traces of dirt or machining residue (rust, burrs, etc.). b - Grease the surfaces specified in item a. Pre-pa

6、re and apply to one of them a gasket, ob-tained from a sheet of thin paper. c - Sling the cylinder. This procedure must be car-ried out very accurately in order to obtain cor-rect positioning of the cylinder in respect to the frame. d - If the cylinder is complete with the piston as-sembly, bring th

7、e crosshead to the inner dead centre. e - After having correctly positioned the cylinder in respect to the reference points (punching, dow-els, etc.), insert the base of the cylinder into the spigot on the crosshead extension (or dis-tance piece) being careful to carry out, with the lifting means, s

8、mall steps to allow the stud bolts and the dowel pins (if any) to smoothly enter their respective holes. - Place the cylinder gently on its seat and pro-ceed to crossover tightening of the bolts. Tighten to the torque value specified in the CYLINDER ASSEMBLING DATA Table. (See PART LISTS part of thi

9、s Manual). If a completely assembled cylinder is to be in-stalled, it is advisable to carry out the procedure after having disassembled the partition cover. This will avoid no impacts between piston rod and par-tition cover, which are possible in case the lifting and positioning of the cylinder be p

10、erformed wi-thout the necessary experience or using improper equipment. - Proceed as described in item 1.1. steps a, b, c, d, e. - Approach the cylinder until the mating faces between frame and cylinder are distant from each other by a few tenths of a milimetre. - Screw but not tighten the nuts on t

11、he stud bolts joining the cylinder to the frame. a - Place a screw jack under the cylinder, as close as possible to the point in which the support will be connected, keeping in mind that the jack must not interfere in subsequent procedures for the assembly and anchoring of the support. b - Put the j

13、续进行c步和其它步骤。若汽缸部分要在施工场地组装到压缩机上，则在组装完成之后，亦需将活塞连接到十字结联轴节上。参阅压缩机机架和曲轴传动装置中的“十字结联轴节”和汽缸的装配中的“活塞和活塞杆”。1.1 竖直安装的汽缸a.认真检查压缩机机架和汽缸之间相配对的两个金属面，清除所以产品制造时遗留的污垢（铁锈，毛边等）。b.用润滑油润滑a步中提到的金属面；用一张薄纸作成垫片垫与上述两个金属面中的一个。c.吊起汽缸，谨慎操作，以便使汽缸精确地放置在于压缩机机架相对的特定位置。d.若汽缸能和活塞吻合，就可将十字结联轴节置于内死点。e.根据参照点（钻孔、定位梢）将汽缸正确安装后，把汽缸底板插入十字结联轴节（或隔离片）的定心凸肩。谨慎操作，用起重机缓慢地移动汽缸，使双头螺栓和定位梢栓（若有）进到各自相对应的钻孔中。轻放汽缸于机座上，依次拧紧各个螺栓。使转矩值符合汽缸的装配数据表中的规定。（见手册中的“零件表”）。1.2水平安装的汽缸如果要安装的汽缸的各部件已经组装完毕，则最好在继续下一步之前将汽缸外罩拆下。经验不足或
