18、ng p late in sert ing machi ne back with the phenomenon of the:以往处理塑料排水回带现象,通常采用提高桩靴与插管底端结合处的密封性,但由于插管下沉遇较硬土层时,受振动锤上下振动力的影响,导致桩靴与插管之间局部产生间隙,土体极易挤入插管内,而造成排水板的回带现象。通过工程的实践证明,振动插板机只要增加一套自动冲水装置、改造进料(带)口及改造桩靴工艺便能够大幅度降低回带现象。Previous treatme nt with p lastic drain age back phenomenon, usually by increasing

21、 ing device在插管沉设过程中,给插管内加水,这样便额外增加了向下的力,参照公式(G插管内水自重+G桩靴自重及排水板自重+F 土体摩擦力 N插管上提时对排水板的摩阻力),从而基本上解决了塑料排水板的回带现象。该冲水装置由高压水泵、耐高压塑料水管组成,在插管进料口上方固定住塑料水管的一端, 高压水泵的开关安装在插板机操作室,在插管沉设过程中,操作人员打开水泵开关,给插管内冲水。冲水高度由现场操作人员根据地质情况控制,本工程插板施工实践证明,当插管进入原状土时开始冲水,插至设计深度后停止加水再提管,效果较好。若遇土体中存在较厚淤泥或淤泥质土层时,可适当增加冲水时间,即在插至设计深度稍停片刻

29、机回带现象的处理:3.2 hydraulic flashboard machi ne back with the phenomenon of the:3.2.1 一次性钢板桩靴工艺3.2.1 dis posable steel sheet p ile shoe tech no logy通过自制一次性长方形钢板,上部点焊拉手形状的钢条。施工工艺为:首先将排水板从插管底部拉出,穿过拉手式钢条并折回,折回长度约15cm20cm,然后用大号订书丁将其固定,操作人员拉紧排水板的另一端,使钢板与桩靴底部紧贴,最后开始插板施工。该工艺是将钢板桩靴留入土体中,主要是增加桩靴、排水板与土体的摩擦力,通过塑料排水

30、板深度记录仪显示,该施工方式十分有效的控制了回带现象。其优点:当插至较软土层时,钢板紧包插管底端,不易出现进泥堵管现象;当插至较硬土层时,有钢板保护排水板,不易出现断板现象。提高了插设的成功率,减少了人员、机械、材料等资源的浪费。缺点:使用该一次性钢板桩靴成本偏高。Through the app licati on of dis posable recta ngular p late, the upper part of han dle sha pe steel sp ot weldi ng.
