1、合 作 项 目 纲 要赵祥顺 Xiangshun Zhao, 1. 变速比齿条设计和制造 (用于汽车转向机及其他特殊机构)本技术可精确产生变速比齿条的齿面数据, 基于此数据制造精锻摸具. 与其匹配的齿轮可是常规的直或斜齿轮. 变化的速比是由齿条的曲线齿面产生的. 通常用于汽车转向机, 使用此设计可获得最优转向效果. 可根据要求速比设计齿条.2. 无需切齿机的直齿,斜齿,弧齿伞齿轮精锻生产(用于汽车差速器,农机,工具及其它设备)工业界已有精锻生产直齿伞齿轮, 但往往都离不开使用切齿机制造摸具. 本技术是用齿轮学方法产生齿面数据(包扩直齿,斜齿及弧齿伞齿轮). 其优点在于(1)不用投资切齿机, (

2、2)便于优化齿面, (3)高生产率3. 复杂断面内螺纹的精磨轮计算和设计 (用于汽车循环球转向机及其他线性滑块,如坐标仪等)可根据不同内螺纹面设计相应精磨轮. 由数学方法产生磨轮剖面曲线.
