天津科技大学研究生学位论文撰写规范外语类英语

1、天津科技大学研究生学位论文撰写规范（外语类（英语）为使我校研究生学位论文撰写更加规范化，提高研究生学位论文质量，特制定 天津科技大学研究生学位论文撰写规范（外语类（英语）。1 .基本要求1.1 学位论文页面设置及打印要求学位论文采用A4纸打印。除封面、论文中文扉页、论文英文扉页外的所有部分均 双面打印。“页面设置 页边距”设置为对称页边距，上边距 2.5cm ,下边距2.5cm ,装订内侧边距 2.7cm ,外侧边距2.7cm ,装订线0cm。装订位置：左边。 在“页面设置文档网格”中选择“只指定行网格”，每页 45行，跨度15.5磅。1.2 页眉、页脚只有正文及其后面的参考文献、附录等部分加

2、页眉，奇偶页不同，奇数页页眉上加宋体小五号“天津科技大学博士学位论文”或“天津科技大学硕士学位论文” 字样，页眉居中。偶数页页眉上加章节（即一级标题）的具体内容，采用TimesNew Roman 字体，字号为 9 磅，例如：“ Chapter One Introduction ” 等字样，页 眉居中。正文采用阿拉伯数字编写另编页码， Times New Roman字体，字号为9磅， 居中。正文前置部分（封面、扉页除外）页码，采用小写罗马数字连续编页，注意在“页码格式”设置中取消对“首页显示页码”的选定，Times New Roman字体，字号为9磅，居中。在“页面设置一一版式”设置中，选择页眉

3、为 1.7cm,页脚为1.3cm o独创性声明与学位论文使用授权说明、致谢、英文摘要、中文摘要、英文目录、主要符号表（可选项）、正文的每一章、参考文献、附录（可选项）等各部分 都要从奇数页开始，其中空白页只占页码，但不显示页眉文字和页码。1.3 论文装订顺序封面、论文中文扉页、论文英文扉页、独创性声明与学位论文使用授权说明、致谢、英文摘要、中文摘要、英文目录、主要符号表（可选项）、正文、注释（可 选项）、参考文献、附录（可选项）。2 .学位论文前置部分论文前置部分包括封面、论文中文扉页、论文英文扉页、独创性声明与学位论文使用授权说明、致谢、英文摘要、中文摘要、英文目录、主要符号表（可选项） 等

4、。2.1 封面（博士、硕士论文见附件1;同等学力硕士论文见附件 9）和封脊按国家规定的格式由研究生处统一制定。封面中天津科技大学研究生学位论文”应位于页面上边距5.0 cm处，字样采 用宋体二号加粗，申请硕士学位”字样采用宋体小三号；论文题目应位于页面垂直居中偏上。论文英文题目（包括副标题和标点符号）一般不超过25个词，字体为Times New Roman ,字号为18磅居中，字形加 粗，大写；中文为英文标题的正确译文，中文题目采用宋体加粗小三号；其余著录项目包括专业名称、指导教师姓名及职称（为招生时所确定的导师（或经研究生处同意更换的导师，协助指导的导师不填）、研究生姓名、申请学位级别以及论

5、文提交日期等内容之间的行间距为1.5倍行距，采用宋体四号（见附件1） o论文提交日期应位于页面下边距 3.0 cm处。封脊：封脊只写中文题目，采用宋体五号，字间距采用单倍行距，上边距3.1 cm ,下边距3.0cm ,姓名置于论文题目与校名中问。3.2 扉页（博士、硕士论文见附件2;同等学力硕士论文见附件 9）中文扉页：标题文字中文采用宋体加粗小二号，其余著录采用宋体小四号（见附件2）,单面打印。密级：秘密、机密、绝密。分类号：按学科类别，利用中国图书资料分类法确定论文的分类号。（1） 分类号、学校代码”一行应距页面上边界 4.0 cm处，与第二行密级、研 究生学号”之间的行间距为1.5倍行距

6、。（2）论文题目应位于页面垂直居中偏上。（3）专业名称、指导教师姓名、研究生姓名、申请学位级别、论文课题来源、 论文提交时间以及学位授予单位等内容之间的行间距为1.5倍行距，学位授予单位应位于页面下边距3.0 cm处。英文扉页：标题文字使用Times New Roman , 24磅居中，大写；其余著录项 目采用Times New Roman 18磅，居中（见附件3）,单面打印。3.3 声明（见附件4）声明包括天津科技大学学位论文原创性声明、知识产权和专利权保护声 明和学位论文版权使用授权书，使用学校提供的统一模板，其中签名处需论 文作者与指导教师手写签名，否则不提交校学位评定委员会讨论学位授予

7、事宜。3.4 致谢致谢部分另起一页。Acknowledgements 一词首字母大写、采用 TimesNew Roman 15磅加粗、居中，并与内容文字之间空一行。致谢内容文字使用 Times New Roman 12 磅，1.5 倍行距。3.5 摘要（见附件5和附件6）长度：博士学位论文英文摘要字数为 10001500词；硕士学位论文英文摘 要字数400600词。英文摘要和中文摘要内容要一致。英文 Abstract ”一词首字母大写，Times New Roman15磅加粗、居中，并与 内容文字之间空一行；中文 摘 要”之间空两格、宋体小三号加粗、居中，并与内容 文字之间空一行。英文、中文摘

8、要内容文字的“段落设置-行距”均为1.5倍行距；英文采用Times New Roman , 12磅；中文采用宋体小四号。英文、中文摘要均要求有能反 映论文 主要内容的关 键t37个。Key words : 及关键词：”字样须加粗，顶格。各关键词之间用分号及一个空格隔 开，移行后须与第一个关键词的首字母对齐。3.6 目录页（见附件7） CONTENTS ”一词字母大写、Times New Roman 15磅加粗、居中，并与 目录内容文字之间空一行。 目录页置于摘要页的后面，页码续前节编排。一级标题加粗，如 Chapter One、Chapter Two等。二级标题及二级以下标题使用阿拉伯数字编排

9、序 号，如 1.1、1.1.1 等。 目录中的各级标题及页码均须与正文中的标题及页码一致。左侧必须逐级 缩进，每级缩进0.4厘米。最多可列三级。行距为1.5倍，目录内容字体采 用Times New Roman 12 磅。3.正文毕业论文要文字通顺、思路清晰、内容充实，并有独立的 见解。论文字数为15,00018,000英语单词。正文使用两端对齐方式，2倍行距。英文字体使用Times New Roman 12 磅，中文字体使用宋体小四号。3.1 正文标题 各级标题长度一般不超过一行，各级标题的语法结构应一致。第一个词的首字母必须大写，其余每一个词的首字母，除了冠词、并列连词和4个字母及以下的介词

10、外也都必须大写。 一级标题使用Times New Roman 15磅，字形加粗，居中，2倍行距。章节 和标题具体内容须各占一行，并与下一段之间空一行。 二级及以下各级标题左对齐。二级和三级标题字号为14磅，字形加粗，2倍行距。 四级标题字号为12磅，字形加粗，2倍行距。 注意在“段落格式”的设定中要对“如果定义了文档网格，则对齐到网 格”进行选定。3.2 段落段落首行须缩进0.8厘米。引语段（中文100字以上，英文50词以上，诗2行以上）要另起一段，不加 引号，1.5倍行距，整个引语段左缩进2.54厘米，首行无缩进；如引语段超 过两段，则各段首行须再缩进0.8厘米。3.3 图表图和表按按章分别

11、编号，如 Figure 1.1 , Table 1.1。图注与图表之间单倍行距，图表居中，图注文字与图表左边对齐，单倍行距，并与前后段落分别空一行，行距选最小值12磅。4.引文及夹注 引文字体、字号与正文相同，使用括号夹注的方法（一般不使用脚注或者 尾注）。夹注中的 作者姓/名”处理方法要根据引文所依据的文献，中文作 者用其汉语拼音姓或姓名，英文作者用其姓。正文中括号夹注放在旬末标 点以内，但不得放在引文的引号以内（见图 4.1） 0 引文原文如被更改，用方括号”标示，如被省略用省略号“标示，中文引文应提供英文译文，并将译文置于括号内。 双引号表示直接引语，单引号只用来标注引语中的引语。 引语

22、格式请参阅上海外语教育出版社出版的MLA科研论文写作规范（第五版）。参考文献需另起一页，置于正文后。文Bibliography ”一词首字母大写、采用 Times New Roman字体15磅力口 粗、居中。参考文献条目采用12磅Times New Roman字体，2倍行距。文献条目按作者姓氏（中文姓氏按其拼音）的字母顺序排列，中外文献分别 排列。外文文献在前，中文文献在后。同一作者多篇文献按文献题目的字母 顺序排列。外文书名以斜体书写；外文论文篇名不用斜体，但置于引号内。 书名和论文篇名第一个词的首字母必须大写，其余每一个词的首字母，除了 冠词、并列连词和4个字母及以下的介词外也都必须大写。
