1、上海英格尔基本信息Shanghai Ingeer Basic Information上海英格尔认证有限公司成立于2000年3月15日，于2003年8月22日和2007年3月先后获得中国认证认可监督委员会的批准从事质量管理体系和环境管理体系的认证活动；2004年6月21日获得中国合格评定委员会（CNAS）认可，2004年9月29日获得荷兰认可委（RVA）认可，2006年4月12日获得英国认可委（UKAS）的认可。Shanghai Ingeer Certification Assessment Services Ltd was established in March 15, 2000. In J

2、une 21, 2004, it was recognize by China Committee on Conformity Assessment (CNAS). In September 29 of the same year, it was recognize by the Netherlands Venezuela (RVA), and in April 12, 2006, the British Committee (UKAS) recognized it. In March 2007, ICAS has obtained China Certification and Accred

15、not have interest relation with the audited party.审核：实施审核的人员与被审核方无任何利益关系；Audit: Implementation of the audit staff must not have interest relation with the audited Party 英格尔已安排适当的资金作为风险基金以解决其运作或活动引发的责任。据国家认监委的要求，英格尔为公司投入三百万元人民币作为注册资金，并安排了相应的风险基金，确保认证制度所必须的资源的充分性。ICAS has arranged appropriate funding
