13、位后,后模行位才能开始复位;Ejectio n plate return completely prior to the core slides3、后模行位(油唧,汽缸)复位到位后,才能开始合模;Core slides return completely prior to the mold closed action4、后模有()组行位,在复位时,有动作次序要求:先( )复位,后( )复位;最后()复位;Core slides acti on order:the first()return; the n ( )return;at last( )retue n5、 行位复位动作:在合模前完成;在

14、合模后进行;Cavity slides acti on:before mold closedafter mold closed6、 前模()组行位,在复位时,有动作次序要求:先()复位,后() 复位;最后()复位;The order of cavity slides return: the first( )return, then()return; atlast( )return;手册内容A. 使用模具注意事项 Operation notice :1、检查注塑机的各项技术参数设定是否正常;Check the moldi ng parameters were set properly.2、装模前

15、将注塑台(炮筒)后退;Retract the injection unit before mold mounting.3、调整注塑机动定模板间间距,使其大于模厚;Adjust the dista nee betwee n the plate ns: It must be larger tha n the mold thick ness4、 按模具上向上标志“f”所示,吊起模具放入动定模板之间,使模具的 法兰先导入注塑机定模板上的定位孔中,再闭合机板,使模具紧贴于两机 板之间。Lift the mold with arrow sig n “ 11 ” upward and set it betw

16、ee n the plate ns. Insert the locat ing ring in to cen ter hole of the fixed plate n.5、模具侧边同机板侧边平行,用压板和螺丝固定模具于注塑机动定模板上。Before clampi ng the mold on to both plate ns, en sure that the mold is not tilted side way.6、锁模块后,进行开模、合模、试合模力,逐步调整锁模位置,逐渐升高锁 模力并使连杆能够伸直。严禁在闭模状态下增大锁模力,以免损坏模具。Always check that P/L

17、straps are removed before ope ning the mold. Check the clamp ing pressure by ope ning and clos ing the mold, in crease the plate n daylight slowly till the link rods fully exte nd. Never in crease clamp ing pressure while mold is closed, else molding machine will be severely damaged.手册内容a)依模具资料调节注塑机

19、 obta in ed.7、模具是热唧嘴的,要专业人员来驳线并检查温控箱等是否运行正常。If hot sprue are used. Operation of the temperature control must be checked.B.维护保养1、落模前,对照末件检查模具;Compare with the last shot and inspect the mold throughly before dism oun ti ng.2、进行模具的外观检查保养;Inspect the mold' s external appearanee and carry out main!na

20、nce:清除模具外表面、分模面、型腔表面、导柱表面、顶针底面上的油污杂物, 粉尘和锈斑;Clean up oil stains, dirts and rusts on the external surfaces, parting surfaces and cavity surfaces, guide pins and ejector pins.严禁用任何硬物,特别是金属物清理模腔杂物;Never use hard objects to brush or scrap the mold cavities ;3、清理模具冷却水道,使其畅通,且无积水在内;Purge the water cha nn

21、els to free them from water and blockage ;手册内容4、进行模具的润滑检查;对模具的相对滑动部分添加润滑油Grease and lubricate all sliding surfaces 5、进行模具结构件的检查;Check the mold structure.检查模具的活动部分在动作时是否存在异常响声,各滑动部分运动是否灵 活,动作时有无振动和卡死;Check for abnormal noise during movement, ensure sliding action are smooth. There should be no vibrat

22、io n and jam ming.检查导柱、导套、顶针、滑块等有无严重磨损现象,模具的光、薄、细部 位有无缺损、开裂、变形等;检查型腔表面和型芯有无刮花现象,缺陷有无增多,顶针和其它部位有无折断现象;Check for damages, cracks, deformati ons etc. in polished areas, thi n or delicate parts. Check and report any scratches on the surfaces of cavities and cores, any new defects, any broken ejector pin

32、on the list but without qua ntity are just recomme nded stock items for maintenan ce, they are not in cluded in this shipme nt.手册内容六. 模具检验单FINAL INSPECTION REPORT一、模具结构检验:Visual in spect ion:1、具外形尺寸,法兰直径,唧咀孔和球面半径,顶出孔位置和大小符合要求;Size of mold suitable to the injection machine.2、顶针,螺丝,水咀,胶圈规格正确;Ejector p

33、in, screw,plug,o-ri ng,etc.,all of sta ndard parts are proper.3、行位已装有限位保护;Slides protected by Safe-block.4、顶出距离有限位块限制;Ejector stroke protected by Safe-block.5、电线插座已按要求安装,各接线端子已按要求连接;Electricalcomp onen ts,socketsand plugs,wiri ngetc.,are in tact and in workingcon diti on. wiri ngs clearly marked and properly conn ected.模具动作检验:1、模具开闭正常;Mold ope n/close smoothly and no rmal.2、行位运动顺滑,无异常声响;Slides ran smoothly and normal.3、斜顶顶出顺滑,复位平稳;Lifter ran smoothly and normal.手册内容
