1、Presentation of Teaching Plan Good morning, everyone, Today, its a pleasure for me to stand here and Im very pleased to have such an opportunity to share some of my teaching ideas with you. First, let me introduce myself. My name is Cheng Anran, and I am working as an English teache
2、r in Fenghua Middle School. This lesson is selected from Unit 9 of Go for it Grade Seven. I have decided to say the lesson from the following six parts:Part One Analysis of the Teaching MaterialOne: Status and Function 1. This lesson is selected from Unit 9 of Go for it G
3、rade Seven of Peoples Education Press in English. The main content of this unit is to describe peoples looks. And this period is Section A from 1a to 1c. It not only includes some basic new words and expressions of this unit, but also has the basic tasks for students. In this class, the students wil
4、l learn how to ask peoples appearance and describe peoples appearance. To show the key points, difficult points and reach the goals, I arrange some learning tasks about talking about appearance according to the topic of this unit. 2. To attain “three skills” request of listening, sp
5、eaking, reading, I will have the students do some exercise. 3. Such a topic is very important in this unit. I will lead the students to use their imagination and encourage them to be creative. For example, helping them use English to describe peoples looks. So I think if the student
6、s can learn this lesson well, it will be helpful to make them learn the rest of this unit.Two: Teaching Aims The teaching aim's basis is established according to Junior School English syllabus' provision.1. Knowledge objects(1)Key vocabulary: curly, straight, medium, height, build, heavy, ta

11、 Middle School is to cultivate students abilities of listening, speaking, reading, writing and their good sense of the English language. So in this lesson Ill mainly use “Communicative” teaching method, “Audio-visual” teaching method and “Task-based” teaching method. That is to say, Ill let the stud
12、ents get a better understanding of the key structures. Ill give the students some tasks and arrange some kinds of activities, like looking and saying, watching CAI, pair work, group work.In a word, I want to make the students the real masters in class while the teacher himself acts as director. I al
13、so hope to combine the language structures with the language functions and let the students receive some moral education while they are learning the English language. Part ThreeTeaching ProceduresAs this lesson plays an important part in the English teaching of this unit, I have decided the fol
