1、皮肤根底知识 人的皮肤分为三层：表皮、真皮、皮下组织。表皮表皮是皮肤的最外层，能不断新生，其中又分为五层，最上层的皮肤细胞为死细胞 , 其 下为活细胞，活细胞不断向外表推进，然后死亡而脱落。角质层 保护作用、防水、防菌作用。透明层 控制皮肤水份，防止水份流失。颗粒层防止异物侵入，过滤紫外线。有棘层具有细胞分裂增殖能力。基地层 产生新细胞，逐渐往上推，直至形成角质，也就是肌肤的新陈代谢的过程。 含 黑色素生长细胞，黑色素的多少及聚集状态决定肌肤的颜色。真皮由胶原纤维及弹性纤维所构成，是与肌肤老化有直接关系的重要部位。真皮层还有以下主要附属器官：汗腺调节体温，排泄废物。皮脂腺分泌油脂，滋润皮肤。血

2、管供应皮肤养分和氧气。皮下组织皮肤保养的术语1 , 面疱 (Acne )一般皮肤瑕疵的状况，如黑头粉刺，白头粉刺、青春痘、或囊肿 ( 注：因细菌的侵入聚 积而引起 毛囊发炎的现象 ) 等，大局部的成因是由于角质蛋白、细菌及油脂等聚积在毛 囊内所致。 2，胶原质 ( Collagen ) 位于真皮层内的纤维状蛋白质，使皮肤紧致而有弹性。3，真皮纤维 ( Dermal Fibers ) 位于真皮层中的胶原纤维及弹性纤维的统称。4，弹性 ( Elasticity ) 真皮层中胶原纤维及弹性纤维的一种特性，由于有弹性，使皮肤外表不会留下每一个表情的形状及纹路。5，弹性纤维 ( Elastin ) 真皮

3、层内的纤维状蛋白质，使皮肤具有弹性。6，纤维细胞 ( Fibrocyte )真皮层内制造胶原纤维 ( Collagen Fibers )的细胞。7，自由基 (Free Radicles ) 由身体正常化学反响所产生之不稳定的反响分子，会侵 害细胞的结 构，促成皮肤老化。8，黑色素细胞 (Mela no cytes ) 含有黑色素的细胞，能赋予皮肤颜色，黑色素细胞 位于真皮层 的较底层及真皮层的最上方，黑色素细胞所产生之黑色素颗粒的大小， 及其 中所含黑色素的多寡，及聚集状态决定了肤色的深浅与均匀度。9，皮脂腺 ( Sebaceous Glands ) 能分泌油脂，经由皮脂腺开口分泌出并分布于皮
