1、结汇劳务费合同样本【篇一：自营出口结汇协议书】甲方 :乙方 :xxx 进出口贸易有限公司根据中华人民共和国经济合同法及其它有关法律 ,甲、乙双方本着互惠互利的原则 ,经友好协商达成如下协议 :一、经营范围及品种 ,经国家出口政策充许的范围内经营 ,主要经营服装、电子货物 ,每月出口金额约 50 100 万美金。甲方必须以自产自销名义出口。二、双方责任与义务:a、甲方责任与义务:1、负责办理货物出口过过程需要的手续 (核销单、外销合同、委托书、装箱单、发票等 )。2、货物出口后 ,甲方收到乙方提供的增值税发票(进项抵扣发票 )及从香港中资银行开出美金即期本票到甲方当地银行进行结汇 ,结汇比例为

2、1 美元 :9.15 元人民币 ,当天必须一次性结清。3、操作此业务甲方必须派出公司一员陪同以及监督。b 、乙方的责任与义务:1、负责联系外商 ,组织货源 ,运输等工作 ,确定外销合同 ,及购合同的全部内容 ,并承担全部责任。2、负责售后服务问题:如出现质量、数量等问题承担一切责任。3、负责支付货物出口过程所需的一切费用 (包括 :商检、报关、结汇手续等费用 )。4、乙方提供的外商客户、组织的货源必须真实可靠、提供的增值税发票 ,须确保税务部门的正常复函。如有虚假 ,负责承担一切后果 ,并赔偿有关损失。三、甲乙双方必须按协议操作 ,如一方违背协议行事 ,弄虚作假 ,负责对方一切经济损失 ,承担
