10、支付。外籍教师试用期的月薪为人民币元。连续工作满一年的外籍教师（从第三个假期开始）享受人民币元假期生活补助(指寒暑假)。从第二年开始每年3000元的探亲车费补助。Foreignteachersforamonthtrialperiod,themonthlysalaryforaprobationaryperiod,Afteraone-monthprobationaryperiod,theEmployerwillprovidessalaryofRMBperworkingmonthtotheforeignteacher.Thesalarywillbepaidmonthlyonthe1Cthdayofe

12、teracompletetermwillbeeffective,iftheworkingtermisnotcomplete,theholidaysafterthetermwon'tbecounted.)2 .聘用方将对外籍教师的工作进行指导和评价。TheEmployerwillprovideguidanceandevaluationoftheforeignteacherswork.3 .如有需要，聘用方将帮助外籍教师了解中国的法律法规以及中国政府聘用方关于外籍教师的相关规章制度。Uponrequest,theEmployerwillprovideintroductoryinstruct

13、ionandassistancewithChineselawandregulations.TheEmployerwillalsoprovidetheEmployersworkregulationsandtherelevantforeignExpertregulationsoftheChineseGovernment.三、合同的终止TerminationofContract1、下列情况下，聘用方有权书面通知外籍教师终止合同：如外籍教师违反中国的法律法规、聘用方的工作制度、中国政府关于外籍专家的相关规章制度或者合同的其他条款。此种情况，无补偿；如外籍教师表现不佳，不能尽责者，聘用方有权立即终止合同

14、，外籍教师将得到十五天的工资作为补偿金；如聘用方决定给予15天的时间允许其改进工作，但到期后其工作表现仍不能令聘用方满意者，合同将被终止，聘用方无须提供额外补偿；IftheForeignTeacherfailstosatisfactoryperformhis/herdutiesandresponsibilities,thecontractwillbeterminatedimmediately,buttheforeignteacherwillreceivefifteendays'severancepay;Or,athesolediscretionoftheEmployer,theFore

15、ignTeacherwillbegivenfifteendaystoimprovehis/herjobperformance.If,afterfifteendays,theForeignTeacherhasnotimprovedhis/herjobperformancetothesatisfactionoftheEmployer,thecontractwillthenbeterminatedandtheForeignTeacherwillnotreceiveanyadditionalpay;在连续30天病假后，经合格医生诊断外籍教师不能继续履行其工作职责的。If,inthejudgmentof

16、aqualifiedmedicaldoctor,theForeignTeacherisunabletoresumehis/herdutiesandresponsibilitiesaftertheexpirationofthirty(30)daysofsickleave.Inthisinstance,nofurtherpaymentswillbemadetotheForeignTeacher.2如外籍教师需终止合同，他或她必须提前30天书面通知聘用方，聘用方将支付其工作期间的全部薪水，否则其薪水、假期补助和机票补助等均被取消。IftheForeignTeacherchoosestoterminatethecontract,he/shemustprovidethirtydays'wriitennoticetotheEmployer.Ifthisisdone,theforeignteacherwillreceivefullsal
