1、人大常委会论文：黔西南州人大常委会政工人事管理信息系统的分析与设计【中文摘要】随着科学技术的发展,信息化建设正逐渐渗透到社会主义社会、经济的方方面面,而作为为社会主义社会和经济指明方向、加强指导、搞好服务、做出正确决策的行政机关,信息化建设则更显得尤为重要。本论文采用软件工程和信息系统建设的思想、方法,并利用VC+和Orcale数据库搭配网络,来分析设计一个既具有一定开放互动性又注重安全保密性的政工人事管理系统。本文首先讨论了政工人事管理系统的,对国内外政工、人事系统管理与应用的现状及趋势进行了讨论,并对目前使用中的政工、人事管理的现状进行了分析,认识到了设计新的政工、人事系统的重要性和迫切性

2、；接着针对州人大政工人事日常管理工作的内容进行了详尽的需求分析,包括人员基本信息管理、工资管理、党员信息管理、人员请假、休假、培训及考核管理、离退休人员管理的业务流程分析和用例分析,明确了政工、人事管理系统的功能需求和非功能需求；然后对州人大政工、人事系统进行了系统设计,提出了系统功能设计目标,接着详细阐述了人员基本信息管理模块、工资管理模块、党员信息管理模块、人员请假、休假、培训及考核管理模块、离退休人员管理模块的功能设计及数据库设计,最后提出了该系统实现的设想,也对整个政工、人事管理系统分析与设计进行了总结与展望。州人大政工、人事管理系统的分析与设计对推动黔西南州人大常委会政工、人事工作的
