Thus the Coke chicken wings was born .Material Chicken wings（鸡翅）Coca-Cola （一罐可口可乐）Ingredients（作料） Green onions（葱） Ginger（姜）Oil Salt amount.Making method（制作方法）:1、Clean and drain the chicken wings, then cut three knife on the surface.2、Salt the chicken wings for fifteen minutes.

3、3、Cut the green onions and gingers.4、Combine the oil, the green onion and ginger in a pot. Stir them until everything is fragrant(香的), then add the chicken wings and continue to fry .5、 Pour coke into the pot. (In order not to over the chicken wings.)6、Then simmer the wings about thirty minutes . If you found the coke dry, you can be appropriate to add some.7、 Finally, when the chicken soup become thick(粘稠的). Put the chicken wings on a plate.
