5、 adva ntage industr y,and adjustme nt agricultural工字钢悬挑脚手架施工组织设计1、 工程概况：本工程位于河北省沧州市青县，新华中路以南，总建筑面积59672.97m2。为1#、4#、5#三栋独立建筑组成，其中 1#楼高78.5m, 4#楼高78.5m, 5#娄高78.5m;均为地上26层，地下2层，标准层层高 3m。脚手架工程采用落地式脚手架与悬挑式脚手架相结合的方式，主体三层面以下采用落地式双排脚手架，主体三层面以上沿建筑物高度采用分三次进行悬挑，每次悬挑架的搭设高度为24m,并在上一层预埋0 14的圆钢对每根工字钢均须采用12#钢丝绳进行卸

6、载。悬挑脚手架简介：工字钢悬挑脚手架是为适应高层建筑的需要做到简单轻便、装拆容易、多次周转、节约材料、方便操作、牢固稳定，在设计荷载下使用不变形、不倾晃，满足正常施工操作、人员行走、材料堆放的要求。该项技术已在许多地区高层建筑施工中普遍使用，为达到安全使用等目的，特编制本施工方案。2、 材料质量要求：（1）采用16号工字钢及0 18圆钢，工字钢和圆钢必须选用正规厂家生产的正规产品，必须有合格证及相关证明，不得使用锈蚀严重（斑点、剥皮）、弯曲、开裂。（2）采用0 48.5钢管，质量必须满足现行钢管技术规定标注GB-700-SS， 3#镇静钢，不得使用锈蚀严重（斑点、剥皮）、弯曲、开裂的钢管。扣件
