(4 screws) Place towels on the work area where the carousel module will be placed to absorb residual moisture which may drain out onto the work area. 15、lignment tool in place, loosen the 5/8" trantorque nut until the drive pulley is loose on the shaft.The trantorque nut requires initial force to loosen and, after being rotated 1/4 turn, will require more force to break loose. If the trantorque nut will not loosen, or is 'frozen', refer

16、 to the "Frozen trantorque Disassembly" section of this procedure.Use only a 5/8" wrench or socket for loosening the trantorque nut to prevent "rounding off" of the corners of the nut.Only perform these steps to disassemble the module when there is a frozen trantorque nut.在调

31、sful, pull on the wires or use a screwdriver against the edge of the Peltier. 32、StepAction1If new heat sink thermal grease compound is available, then remove old thermal grease from the bottom of the reagent carousel housing and from the heat sink by scraping with a single-edge razor blade and wiping with paper towels, otherwise use the existing thermal grease to coat the new P
