12、一生连续从事和承担的职业、职务、职位的过程。教师的职业生涯，是指一个人作为教师从事教师职业的整个过程。因此，教师的职业生涯规划，是对有关教师职业发展的各个方面进行的设想和规划，具体包括：对教师职业的选择，对教师职业目标与预期成就的设想，对工作单位和岗位的设计，对成长阶段步骤以及环境条件的考虑。教师的职业生涯和教师的专业发展的关系教师专业发展是一个流行的概念。教师的专业发展，是指教师在专业素质方面不断成长和追求成熟的过程。它既指专业素质各个方面（专业态度、专业知识、专业能力）的一起成长，也指一个有步骤和阶段性的成长过程。教师职业生涯和教师专业发展基本是一个意思。它们的区别，只在于生涯比较中性，而
