11、peechesrich connotation and core ideas,whi ch began so thoroughly Marxistpositi ons教师职业生涯规划要了解教师职业生涯规划,我们先要明白什么是是生涯、职业生涯、教师职业生涯。何谓“生涯”? 就是一生重要工作的综合,是以以职业为中心,但又不仅仅限于职业层面,还包括所有人生角色,如家庭:子女、配偶、父母;学校:学习者;职业:生产者;社会:公民、消费者、休闲者、退休者。是自我认知、自我了解、自我肯定、自我定位、自我发展、自我实现的过程。生涯规划即一个人生涯过程的妥善安排。职业生涯是指一个人一生中职业经历过程,是指一个人

12、一生连续从事和承担的职业、职务、职位的过程。教师的职业生涯,是指一个人作为教师从事教师职业的整个过程。因此,教师的职业生涯规划,是对有关教师职业发展的各个方面进行的设想和规划,具体包括:对教师职业的选择,对教师职业目标与预期成就的设想,对工作单位和岗位的设计,对成长阶段步骤以及环境条件的考虑。教师的职业生涯和教师的专业发展的关系教师专业发展是一个流行的概念。教师的专业发展,是指教师在专业素质方面不断成长和追求成熟的过程。它既指专业素质各个方面(专业态度、专业知识、专业能力)的一起成长,也指一个有步骤和阶段性的成长过程。教师职业生涯和教师专业发展基本是一个意思。它们的区别,只在于生涯比较中性,而

13、发展带有目标和价值性。为什么做职业生涯规划一般印象而言,中学教师的工作稳定,步调规律且单纯,还需要有生涯规划吗?答案是肯定的。 教师的生涯发展是为自己规划出自己的心灵蓝图(MindMap) , 也是一种虚拟实境的演练。在教师的生涯发展方面,必须作系统的思考,从整体观照,宏观和微观的角度来进行生涯思考 , 这样教师会自觉地、妥善地完成生涯规划,实属重要。(一)终身教育的需要20世纪70年代以后,终身教育(Lifelong education)理念日受重视,生涯发展的研究,已不只偏重个人的职业选择方面,进而扩大到个人自我潜能的发挥。如何使人生各阶段的潜能达到最大实现的可能性,逐渐成为生涯发展研究的

14、重要课题;换言之, 不仅要使个人乐在工作;而且也要使个人能安享晚年。教育工作者受到此种理念的冲击,逐渐感受到生涯发展和生涯规划的重要性。教师逐渐体会到在职进修的必要性,光凭过去所学的知识和经验,实很难胜任目前的教学工作,必须不断地进修,吸取各种经济、政治、科技和教育知识,以扩大知识领域,提升专业能力。所以,教师生涯能力的规划与发展,越来越凸显其迫切性。(二)教师自身发展的需要教育质量的提升,主要系于教师能否将教学工作当作终生的志业,或是将教学工作当做一生o sum up,i s divi ded int o9 main parts: 1. withregardto persisti ngand

35、nd core ideas,whi ch began so thoroughly Marxistpositi ons值得奉献的专业。因此,教师必须有自我发展需要。教师要具有自我发展意识教师的自我发展意识,按照时间纬度,其内容构成至少包括三方面:对自己过去发展过程的意识对自己现在发展状态、水平所处阶段的意识对自己未来发展的规划意识。“理智地复现自己、筹划未来的自我、控制今后的行为”,使得“已有的发展水平影响今后的发展方向和程度”,使得“未来发展目标支配今日的行为。 ”教师发展应有的模式: “自我认识和自我反思制定职业生涯规划理论的学习和准备实践和行动研究总结提升” 。传统的模式:学校要求学校组织

36、学习教师实践总结。(三)有助于教师确立发展目标由于我们过去缺乏生涯设计的概念和意识,不少教师对自己要达到什么目标,通过几个阶段达到自己的目标,现在自己处于什么阶段,等等问题,脑子里往往是模糊的、不清楚的,有的甚至从来就没有这样考虑过。表现在工作上,就是听从领导安排,以完成任务为目标,没有多少自己的追求,态度比较被动;当工作不满意时,往往归因于外部的环境制约,认为自己尽了力,没有办法克服困难。所以,生涯规划,可活出快乐人生!这里我介绍几种关于快乐的技巧:要有目标和追求经常保持微笑学会和别人一块分享喜悦乐于助人并保持自己的一颗童心学会和各种人愉快的相处保持幽默感要能处乱不惊学会宽恕他人有几个知心朋

52、形式(一)了解影响教师职业生涯规划的因素教师的职业生涯规划是种社会行为,它既是有目的的行为,又是在人与人的相互关系中进行的行为。影响教师生涯规划的因素来自三个方面:( 1 )一是来自主观方面,如个人的素质、心理活动、个人能动性的发挥等。主要是个人的智力、性向、能力、兴趣、成就、价值观、学历、资格、经历。(2)二是来自客观方面,即社会环境、人际关系、机遇、机会等。(3)三是不可预期的因素。(二)了解教师职业生涯的发展阶段?适应阶段?练就教学基本功阶段?形成经验和技能阶段?教师成长的“徘徊阶段”o sum up,i s divi ded int o9 main parts: 1. withrega
