1、黑龙江广播电视大学“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”英语专业本科(教育方向)教学实践设计实施细则教学实践设计是人才培养模式改革与开放教育试点英语专业(本科)的集中实践环节之一,是培养学生综合运用专业知识分析问题、解决问题的能力以及检验学生学习效果和理论研究水平的重要手段。为保证我省各试点单位教学实践设计的写作、指导、成绩评定工作的顺利进行,根据中央电大英语本科“教育方向”集中实践环节教学大纲教学实践设计的要求,结合黑龙江广播电视大学的实际情况,特制定本实施细则,望各试点单位遵照执行。一、教学实践设计的目的教学实践设计是本专业教学过程的重要环节,既是培养学员综合运用所学理论知识,分析和解决实际问
2、题的能力,也是对学员掌握理论知识和专业技能的全面考核。通过教学实践设计,使学员具备进行课堂教学研究的基本能力,以便毕业后能更好地胜任教学与教学研究工作。本课程旨在使学生初步了解和掌握用科学方法进行项目设计的全部过程和内容。学生须综合运用所学的知识与技能独立完成项目设计。教学实践设计成绩为及格以上者(含及格),获得8学分。二、教学实践设计的教材与选题开放教育英语专业(本科)教育方向的学生集中实践性环节所采用的教材是论文项目设计(顾曰国主编,外语教学与研究出版社,1999年版)。该教材并不是一个一般意义上的课程,与其他所学课程有很大的区别,它的中心任务是选择一个问题,针对所确定的问题,设计一个解决
3、问题的方案(design), 然后进行实践和评价。所以,它和一般意义上的论文有很大的不同,它强调调查研究实践过程。即,找出一个在教学过程中所遇到的具体问题,并对其进行调查研究与分析,制定出解决问题的方案,进行实践,然后对其结果进行评价,最后写出报告。 三、教学实践设计的资格审定达到以下要求的学生可以进行教学实践设计:1未通过的必修课和选修课(限选课除外)不超过2门;2限选课全部通过(教学计划中最后学期的限选课除外)四、写作原则 论文项目设计报告写作必须遵循以下原则:1 独立完成;2 研究项目必须是在课堂上能够解决的;3 原始数据必须真实有效;4 在短时间可以完成的。五、格式要求报告的文体结构、
4、文字编排、格式、封面设计必须规范统一。使用“Word”文本,中文用宋体字,英文用Times New Roman, 标题3号字,正文小4号字,A4纸打印。六、完成时间1两个月完成过程部分的5个报告(包含前5个阶段所须报告内容); 2一周完成总报告。七、指导教师资格指导教师需具有英语专业讲师以上职称,熟悉电大英语教学业务,指导评审主持人须参加中央电大的“开放教育英语专业学士学位(毕业)论文指导及评审主持人培训会”,并取得中央电大颁发的“开放教育英语专业学士学位(毕业)论文及评审主持人资格证书”。各试点分校要按照中央电大的规定严把指导教师资格关,并将指导教师名单(包括所学专业、学历、职称等)提前报省
5、电大备案。在指导工作开始前,要对指导教师进行相应的培训。八、指导教师职责与要求1指导教师应为学生提供全程指导服务,应是学生的信息提供者、咨询顾问、过程监督者和评价者。严格按教材指定程序进行指导。2全程分为6个阶段共12周,指导教师应在每个阶段与学生进行面对面的或网上的交流并对学生进行指导;在第二阶段(第二周)和第五阶段(第九周)必须对学生进行面对面的指导。3学生在写每一阶段报告前,指导教师必须提出具体的要求和提醒学生应避免的错误。在每一阶段指导中,教师必须认真填写各阶段指导记录表,并由指导教师与学生双方签字。 4指导教师要审查学生毕业论文的真实性,对最终定稿的论文写出评语,给出初评成绩。5每个
6、指导教师每届指导的学生人数一般不得超过10人,对每个学生的指导时间(含面对面指导和网上指导)不得低于10学时。九、建立学生档案每个学生的档案袋里必须包括:1指导教师各阶段指导记录表 (见附表)2各阶段报告及成绩表(见附表)3总报告4软盘。含总报告“word”文档,附录(各阶段报告)“word”文档。文档名称: final report; appendices 。5毕业论文成绩评定表十、成绩评定方法1论文项目设计按百分制记分。其中各阶段过程报告总分70分,总报告30分。总报告要求在4000字以上(分数分配见附表)。2成绩按五级评定,90分以上为优,8089分为良,7079分为中,6069分为及格
7、,59分及以下为不及格。及格以上者方能获得毕业证书,良好以上者获得学位证书。3毕业论文成绩评定为优秀的学生人数原则上不应超过总数的20%。毕业论文成绩被评定为不及格者,可准予在下个学期补做一次。4英语表达准确、清晰、逻辑性强,内容符合英语报告写作原则,过程报告完整,在规定的时间内完成者可获高分。5有以下情况之一者应判不及格:l 英语表达不准确,语法错误过多;l 内容逻辑混乱;l 缺少任何一个阶段过程报告或内容,数据等基础材料不真实、不是原始材料,总报告不及格;l 没有在规定的时间内完成论文;l 内容和格式不符合要求;l 抄袭他人或由他人代写。6毕业论文成绩由各市(地)级试点单位组织评审,评审主
8、持人须持有中央电大颁发的“开放教育英语专业学士学位(毕业)论文及评审主持人资格证书”。省电大毕业论文质量监控小组对评定的成绩予以审核。十一、论文工作领导小组和质量监控小组省电大统一组成论文工作领导小组和质量监控小组,负责对试点电大学生的论文进行指导以及质量监控。十二、工作量计算各试点学校可按当地标准根据工作量为指导教师计酬。十三、对试点单位的要求各试点单位必须按照“实施细则”要求组织学生分阶段、按步骤完成毕业论文的撰写与答辩。未遵照“实施细则”要求进行论文写作与答辩的试点单位,省电大将不予承认论文成绩。附件 1.黑龙江广播电视大学开放教育(本科)英语专业毕业论文工作领导小组名单2.黑龙江广播电
