2、o master the theories of international business, to analysis and understand the problems and practices of international business, to apply business instrument into practice, leads students to analysis the problems scientifically.The main task of this course is to let the students learn the basic con

3、cepts and principles of international business market, global marketplaces and business centers, legal, technological, accounting and political environments, the role of culture. The students should be familiar with the international strategic management, strategies for analyzing and entering foreig

4、n markets, international strategic alliances. 16、ng capitalBasic requirements:It is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the major forms of payment in international trade; identify the primary types of foreign-exchange risk faced by international business.(二)课程的重点、难点及解决办法本课程的重点:国际商务管理的概念、国际市场和商业中心、法律、技术、会计和政治环境分析、国际战略的组成、国际战略制定的影响因素;国际市场

17、的分析、国际市场的选择及其影响因素;国际市场的特殊进入方法;国际市场的管理、产品策略的制定、定价策略的制定、促销策略的制定以及分销策略的管理、国际运营管理以及国际金融管理。本课程的难点:国际商业环境的分析以及影响因素、国际战略的管理以及制定;国际市场的分析及进入;国际运营管理解决方法:采用课堂讲授、多媒体教学、案例教学和课后查阅资料相结合的方法展开教学。三、实验实践环节及基本要求无四、本课程与其它课程的联系与分工本课程的先修课程为管理学原理与微观经济学,后续课程为战略管理、市场营销。本课程运用管理学与微观经济学的相关理论与研究方法,对国际商业进行分析和管理实践。 五、对学生能力培养的要求By
