1、职员出国研修的感谢信第一篇:职员出国研修的感谢信尊敬的:感谢公司能给我这次赴韩研修的时机,能从这次面试中选中我,我非常的荣幸,此时此刻我无法形容如今的心情,非常非常的快乐,只能以感谢信的方式表达我对组合对公司的感谢。说实话,我只是单位一个普通的员工,惶惶度日,根本没有开展个前途可言,只能做单位最底层的人,但是你们给了我这次赴韩学习的时机,我会以自己最大的努力,来实现自己的梦想。公司选中我,我会非常努力,以最短的时间学韩语,不能到了韩国之后,让语言成为自己的负担,我会用心,去理解韩国的语言,礼仪,化等等虽然没有华美的语言,字,我会以我的实际行动来不断的完善自我,充实自我。最后想向公司表示由衷的感

2、谢、谢谢。第二篇:出国留学研修方案研修方案我叫,现就职于,从事工作9年,衷心希望可以参加日本政府青年指导者奖学金工程,进入日本一桥大学攻读硕士学位。我于20年毕业于大学,该校是中国教育部直属重点大学。在校期间,我主修金融学专业,认真学习了经济学根底理论和金融、财政、国际贸易、会计等专业知识。在认真学习本专业的同时,我对日本社会经济和历史化产生了浓重兴趣,并希望有朝一日能赴日本学习世界最前沿的经济、管理学知识以及最先进的企业管理经历,为祖国经济建立效劳。大学毕业后,我一直从事工作,经常要接触到企业内部控制、风险管理、市场营销等方面的内容。在工作过程中,我感觉到在社会经济迅速开展、知识构造不断更新

3、的现代社会,管理学的地位日益重要,而在工作中我也遇到一些问题很难用已有的知识解决,更使我有了进一步求学的强烈愿望。日本的经济开展程度居世界前列,在企业管理方面的成果也是有目共睹,因此,在家人支持下,我决定申请日本政府青年指导者奖学金工程,赴一桥大学攻读研究生课程,希望可以在一桥大学专家的指导下,在管理学方面进展更深化的研究,以更地解决工作中的问题,效劳中国经济建立。我从中学开场刻苦学习英语,大学期间顺利通过了英语六级考试,可以比拟顺利地使用英语进展交流,并具备较强的金融专业英语听说读写才能,可以满足一桥大学青年指导者奖学金工程全英语授课、并用英语完成论的根本要求。一桥大学在商科和经济学方面享有

4、盛誉,培养出了一大批日本工商金融界的精英人物。进入一桥大学之后,我将认真学习一桥大学先进的管理学和经济学科研成果,深化研究日本经济开展、企业管理以及业开展和监管的经历教训,积极与日本以及来自世界各地的同学交流沟通,努力进步自己的英语、日语程度,开阔视野,进步自身综合素质。预计通过一年时间的学习,我将扎实掌握经济学、管理学专业知识,科学研究才能将有大幅进步,英语、日语程度也将有较大进步。学习完毕后,我将回到中国,把所学到的知识运用到工作中,为中国业开展效劳,为中国经济建立效劳。第三篇:出国研修方案research plan1.research titleregulation of lipoyge

5、nase gene epression under low oygen condition in soybean2.research backgroundsoybean deterioration and the development of a stale flavor during storage are serious problems that reduce the quality of stored seeds.fatty acids oidation is the major cause for the ang in the soybean.the changes of the f

6、atty acids mostly lie on the gene of soybean variety as well as the storage conditions such as temperature, humidity and atmosphere state.soybean lipoygenase, greatly consist in mature embryo of the plant seed.lipoygenases (ec 1.13.11.-) are a family of iron-containing enzymes that catalyse the dioy

7、genation of polyunsaturated fatty acids in lipids containing a cis, cis-1,4- pentadiene structure.it catalyses the follog reaction: fatty acid + o2 = fatty acid hydroperoide.los are also thought to play an important role in the formation of desirable or undesirable flavor and aroma in many plant pro

8、ducts.low temperature, low o2 or high co2 was reported to regulate the lo gene epression, especially the low o2 treatment whh was able to suppress the accumulation of ang production including the total acid and fatty acid.therefore, it is necessary to define the lo epression in different soybean var

9、ieties stored at the low o2 condition.3.current research conditionthe phd student will be epected to partipate in the research project described above but more involved in the study on lo genes in soybean.the student will be mentored by a multidisciplinary science team led by dr.sangeeta dhaubhadel.

10、the other team members include dr.yuhai cui, dr.robert forster and dr.david from aafc-parc.dr.dhaubhadel is a senior aafc research scientist with over 30 years working eperience and he has more than 10 years of eperience in molecular plant virology, molecular biology and ge enneering.his research ar

11、eas have involved in plant breeding, plant tissue culture and molecular soybean breeding.dr.cui and mr.forster are two major technal support staffs in the research team.dr.forster is an epert with 20 years of eperience in plant transformation.mr.david is good at lab management, eperimental designs a

12、nd techniques in molecular biology and biochemistry.the team is made up of disciplines in molecular biology, crop breading and plant biotechnology.4.research aimsthe objective of this study is to analysis the gene sequence and epression of the lo3 in the soybean varieties stored in low o2 (1 o2) and

13、 low temperature.several model soybean breed will be chosen in the epress pattern of each lo3 gene and the adjust sequence will be found.the parison would be carried among different lo3 gene in soybean through dnastar software in order to select the key sequence area or gene point.after that we will

14、 design the molecule marker regulating lo3 gene epression.finally the impact of the low o2 on the lo3 gene epression and the key sequence area would be defined.the knowledge gained from this research may lead to new roaches to design/ select soybean cultivar with increased or decreased lo3 levels, o

15、r to produce isoflavonoids in non-legume crops for human health and nutrition.soybean is an important crop for both canada and china, thus the oute of the project will benefit both countries.the student will obtain high quality training for conducting research in molecular biology, functional genoms

16、, transient and stable plant transformation, plant tissue culture and fruit chemistry.5.research methodsthe present research aims to investigate the adductive effect of low o2 on the lo enzyme activity and the lo3 gene epression during the storage period of the soybean.the conservative reon of lipoy

17、genase gene (lo) from seed total rna of soybean was lified using degenerate primers, whh was bined with the ests of lo genes from genebank, and the gsp primers would be designed after blast aligning and sequence in stalling.three full-length different cdna sequences will be obtained, whh were named

18、pplo13 (genbank accession no.eu883638, fj029110 andfj0320).the sequence analysis of the three members of soybean lo gene family had a high homogeneous with other plant lo genes in protein level, but high heterogeneous in nucleotide level.phyloge tree based on los in soybean.with the help of special

19、lo3 gene, the adjustive sequence of lo gene in soybean treated with low o2 can be degraded; preventing translation of that transcript and, ultimately, epression of the gene.6.time plans20/12-20/03data analysis and writing manuscripts for publation.it includes data analysis, pletion of research repor
