1、跨带式在线分析仪投标文件技术标书-赛默飞世尔（原美国热电）在线分析仪CBOmni2016.8第一部分：总则第二部分：供货范围第三部分：设备性能保证第四部分：赛默飞世尔简介及在线分析仪CBOmni系统介绍第五部分：备品备件第六部分：特殊说明第一部分：总则1.1本投标书适用于水泥股份有限公司t/d新型干法水泥熟料生产线所需的在线分析仪设备，按照要求进行全面的响应，并对该设备的功能设计、结构、性能、安装和试验等方面进行技术描述。1.2我方将提供一套满足招标文件所描述环境、以及所列标准要求的高质量产品及其相应服务。我方在设备设计和制造中所涉及的各项规程，规范和标准遵循现行最新版本的IEC、IAEA标准

2、。对于国家、国际有关安全、环保等强制性标准，我方提供的设备将完全满足其要求。1.3我方将提供的设备是目前世界范围内技术最先进、质量最高、性能最优且成熟可靠的应用于水泥行业的跨带式在线分析仪。1.4 Thermo Fisher掌握着独一无二的在线分析、配料应用技术，将提供的设备是目前世界范围内技术最先进、性能最优且最成熟可靠应用于水泥行业的跨带式在线分析仪。区别于其他分析仪厂家，Thermo Fisher拥有以下独有的技术优势：1.4.1 Thermo Fisher是全球最重要的中子管（中子发生器）供应商，但从不将中子管用做分析仪的中子源，而是采用稳定、安全、安装简便的放射性同位素锎252作为分

3、析所需中子源。中子管需要100KV激发电路、射线能级高不易防护、安全性差、易损、温度、电压的变化、操作失当都有可能造成中子管降低性能、寿命缩短、乃至崩溃（约8.5个月需更换，需要有备件储备才能满足生产）；而放射性同位素锎252自然半衰期为2.645年（每30个月增补一次，无需备件），射线稳定、无需人为控制、无故障点、无需维护、成本较低；采用锎252中子源是分析技术成熟的标志。1.4.2 从上世纪90年代起，Thermo Fisher就放弃老一代锗酸泌BGO探测器（其性能不够稳定、受制于外界温度变化，且需要散热装置、故障率高）；采用探测区域大、高精度的碘化钠NaI探测器，密封于分析仪本体内不受气

4、候条件的干扰，且碘化钠探测器射线收集性能极其稳定、是分析数据准确的基本条件。1.4.3采用两枚中子源、两套探测装置，根据不同的皮带机结构设计相对应的布置方式，同时在皮带两侧采用中子反射材料，使得被分析的物料截面的每个区域的分析效率近似一致，极大的提高分析精度。 1.4.4 由于采用锎252中子源防护相对简单，分析仪采用模块化设计，做到无需切割改动皮带机机械结构的情况下，即可灵活安装，降低安装要求及成本。1.4.5 ThermoFisher分析仪配备自动皮带负荷补偿软件（ABLC），从而在生产工况变化造成的皮带物料量变化时，仍可保证分析仪的精确性。1.4.6 更为重要的是ThermoFisher

14、研发中心的远程维护及更新中；研发中心强大的数据库也记录了这些在用分析仪的数据，有利于分析仪的更新及新产品的研发。Thermo Gamma Metrics原生产厂址同样位于美国加利福尼亚州圣迭戈建立于70年代中期，有近30年的生产历史，90年代后期制造单元迁往澳大利亚，目前拥有一座占地10000平米的厂房，厂址设澳大利亚南部。我公司在线分析仪产品遍及世界各地，市场占有份额为90以上，包括水泥、电力、煤炭、选矿，最近几年销售额不断上升，几乎以每年两位数的增速发展。截至2010年，在全球售出800台在线分析仪，包括近700套水泥在线分析仪，其中中国投用近80台。CBOmni为我公司推出的第五代产品，

20、The electronics enclosure contains advanced digital electronic equipment and a solid-state (non-liquid) temperature control system that controls the temperature of the detector assembly and temperature-sensitive electronic devices. A sealed, rugged, compact enclosure houses the electronics, and prot

21、ects the internal equipment from dust, humidity, and splashing water. Also, a power line conditioner provides clean power for all electronic components. A high-speed processor within the electronics controls and monitors all internal analyzer operations. The electronics enclosure is linked to the sh

22、ielding assembly via cabling provided by Thermo Electron. Detector voltages, detector signals and electronic voltages are carried across this link (GAMMA Link 1) to the IPM. The standard length for the provided conduit is twenty-five meters (25 m). The electronics enclosure communicates with the OPC
