They are doing something. Some of the children are doing something, some of them

I like running.学习内容贴近实际生活，也容易激起活泼好动的四年级学生们的学习兴趣。二、教学对象分析：由于学习的话题和内容贴近实际生活，同时，中年级的学生活泼好动，热爱体育运动。因此，教师容易激发学生的学习积极性和动机。同时，学生们在一、二年级口语学过不少的动词和运动短语，因此，本模块体育运动方面的知识并不难。但是本模块出现的大量动词短语、长句也是学习的重难点。老师要善于利学生的已有英语基础，以

3、旧带新，创设情景，激励评价等充分调动学生的学习兴趣，引导他们利用读音规则和构词法记忆单词，通过组织形式多样的活动，让学生在参与活动中深化对语言知识的理解和运用，培养学生的语言综合运用能力，从而达到有效教学的目的。三、教学目标：（一） 语言知识技能目标（1）能听、说、读、写以下单词：fun, basketball, football, skate（2）能听、说、读以下单词：kung fu, try, think（3）能听、说、读以下句型：What are the children doing?
