2、幫助學生個別學習。這是最簡單的方式不需要兩位教師太多時間花費在計畫及聯繫。這樣的角色，為了促進教師教學專業發展，應該要輪換。2.跑站式教學（station teaching）將教學素材分成兩部分，每位教師負責一部分。例如：針對戶外教學（遠望坑溪）或實驗操作等，學生人數太多，可能影響學習的變通策略。3.平行式教學 ( parallel teaching) 我的設計是四位實習學生共同設計教學（如光合作用），兩人一組一個班級（2小時課），另外兩人協助攝影及評鑑，接著輪到另一個班級教學，都教相同內容， 有不同教學呈現方式，教材教法課時，拿出來討論。（可以發現不同可學的地方）4.變通式教學 (alter
