1、大量使用大量使用(here, there，where) 复合词复合词 招投标书是一种正式文体，一旦成立具有法律效力，使用古体词或旧词便是其中一个较为明显的特征，尤其是频繁和大量使用由here-，there-和where-构成的复合词，如：herein，hereof，hereby；therein，thereof，thereby；wherein，whereof，whereby等。由于这类词在合同中大量使用，致使合同句子结构变得错综复杂，给理解和翻译都带来了一定的困难。Here构成的复合词 常用的由here- 构成的复合词有： hereof(于此)，hereto (至此)，herein，hereby

2、 (在此)，hereinafter (以下)，hereinbefore (以上)和hereunder(在此之下)here一般用来代替文章本身或文章一般用来代替文章本身或文章中的某个词中的某个词 hereof相当于of these conditions / contract，一般翻译为“本文或(本条件)” herein 相当于in this contract / document Hereinafter 应该理解为in this text which follows。Hereinafter 也可以说成hereinbelow，其反义词为hereinabove或hereinbefore hereby
