13、点及环境状况一、编制依据:根据安全生产法、 建筑法、 建设工程安全生产管理条例、 安全生产许可证条例、 建质 2004213 号 危险性较大工程安全专项施工方案编制及专家论证审查办法，为更好的做好生产安全工作，指导施工现场的安全用电和合理布置用电线路，避免触电伤害，消除电气火灾，特编制本临时用电施工组织设计 。 本 临时用电施工组织设计， 依据本工程特点及现场情况综合考虑而设计， 以JGJ46-200 5 施工现场临时用电安全技术规范为主要依据，和 JGJ5p-99检查标准。二、工程概况：本工程为海棠花园46楼，是凤台路海棠花园小区内，建筑面积4341 平方米，异型框架结构平屋面建筑，独立基础

14、深-2.4 至 -5.2 米，其它标准层层高为2900mm,总高度 17.9米，总长 65.30m,宽 11.94m。三、总体部属：海棠花园46#楼工程现场临时用电布置，本着经济、实用的原则，在充分考虑地下结构、临建的平面布置及将来地上结构施工的整体情况下，现场临时用电布置如下：1、生活区临时电源布置：（ 1）本工程生活区场地统一规划布置，建设单位已在现场的西南角给定接线位置 （位于凤台路上）， 电源线架空引至总配电箱。该总配电箱的出线由沿围墙，引至我项目部生活区约40m, 我项目部生活区的电源由此架空接续引入。（ 2）电气布置：总配电箱二级分配箱开关箱2、现场临时用电按三个回路：第一回路主要

25、鉴定质量可靠的定型合格产品。无论是选用新电器，还是沿用原有电器，必须完整，无损，动作可靠，绝缘良好。严禁使用破损和不合格的电器。2、施工现场用电，必须采用 TN-S接零保护系统，采用三级配电（总配电、分配、开关），二级漏电保护（首级、末级）。3、用电设备实行“一机、一闸、一漏、一箱”, 并做到电器额定值与用电设备额定容量相适应，严禁一闸多用。配电箱、 开关箱内的电器应与配电线路一一对应配合，作分路设置，以确保专路专控。4、总配电箱和开关箱设置的漏电保护器, 其他额定漏电动作应做合理配合,使之具有分级, 分段保护功能。总配电箱、开关箱中漏电保护器的额定漏电动作电流不应大于30mA额定漏电动作时间

37、关、总漏电断路器布置，分路带防护罩式的分隔离开关、分路断路器、分设在箱底的工作零线（N）和保护零线（P6端子排。在漏电断路前作一组重复接地，引入铜材质（多股铜线） 两根接地装置上设置的两处断开点相接，保证重复接地的可靠性。分配电箱设置在用电设备或负荷相对集中的地区，进入主体装修时，根据装修用电设备需要的多少，每两层设置分箱。分配电箱内的电器与总配电箱相比，除不再安装电流表、电压表、电度表外，其余同总配电箱（线径除外）。第二组重复接地设置在用电设备比较集中的分配电箱处，做法同第一组重复接地。开关箱设置在距用电设备不大于 3m的地方（便于操作、检修）。箱内配置防 护罩式隔离开关，漏电断路器。分设的

38、工作零线（N）和保护零线（P6端子排。 离配电箱最远处的用电设备作第三组重复接地。重复接地地阻值不大于10QO总配电箱、分配电箱、开关箱铁制、有门、有锁、防雨、防尘，铁皮厚度不小于1.5mm箱内的导线、电器元件经过负荷计算选择，导线截面与开关额定值匹配， 隔离开关有防护罩式，不得使用带电体部分裸露的隔离开关。导线与电器装置的联接及各种汇流排的安装符合电器安装的规范和标准。各种电器元件之间距离不小于30mm离箱四周边和箱门里面不小于 40mm箱内设备与箱体使用 能够紧固的金属或非木质的绝缘电器安装板，电器元件规范地安装在安装板上。箱体、金属安装板和箱门之间用保护零线（P6作电气联接，将箱门的联接
