8、Party A responsibility:(1) 在确定效果图制作时，应向乙方提交本合同第 二条规定的内容，并对其完整性、准确性、时限性负责。(1) Whenmaking rendering, Party A shall submit party B the provisions of the second article in thiscontract to Party B and responsible for its integrity, accuracy, time limit .(2) 甲方变更委托制作工程、规模、条件或因提交的资料有较大错误或所提资料作较大修改，以致造成乙方制

9、作有较大返工时，比方：变更已确认相机角度、修改已确 认塌陷的模型、改变已确认的光照条件等，甲方应据实际 工作量的增加情况，另加付费用，并适当顺延成品交付时间双方另行协商签定补充合同或另订合同。2Party A changes the project, scale, conditions or application materials that have major mistake or proposed data has major change, so that Party B has to rework largely such as: change the camera angle,

16、sponsibility:(1) 乙方应根据甲方提供的图纸资料进行制作，未 经甲方许可，不得擅自更改设计方案。乙方应积极配合甲方 完成效果图的制作。(1) Party B should makethe renderings according to the drawing materials provided by Party A .Without Party A& #39;s permission, Party B couldn 't change the design scheme. Party B should cooperate with Party A to

17、complete rendering production.(2) 在制作过程中，由于乙方自身原因工作延误并造成 甲方损失，乙方应当赔偿因此给甲方造成的损失，逾期超过 10日的，甲方有权解除本合同，乙方自接到解除通知之日起5日返还已收取的预付款，并向甲方支付合同总价款30%的违约金。(2) During the production process, delay and cause Party A' s losses due to Party B own reason, PartyB should compensate for the losses, delayed more than
