1、缠绕制品的标准和检测1美国复合材料标准1.1 概况在纤维增强塑料(复合材料)领域,ASTM标准化水平最高,ASTM的D30委员会(复合材料)、ASTM的D20委员会(塑料)中的D20.18(增强热固性塑料)、ASTM的D20委员会(塑料)中的D20.23(增强塑料管和耐化学设备)开展纤维增强塑料(复合材料)标准化工作。ASTM的D30委员会已制定了75项试验方法标准,有6项标准正在制定;ASTM的D20委员会中的D20.18已制定了18项标准;ASTM的D20委员会中的D20.23已制定了35项标准,有4项标准正在制定。 ASTM的试验方法标准几乎完全覆盖当今复合材料的性能表征和测试,绝大多数
2、为全球最先发布,得到全世界的普遍认可和采用。ASTM的产品标准以管道、贮罐、拉挤型材为主,产品标准侧重于结构设计、原材料和工艺控制,较好地体现复合材料制造的特殊过程,比较科学合理。 在美国,除ASTM外,其他的协会、学会也发布所使用的复合材料产品标准,并具有很高的权威性,如美国石油学会(API)、美国水行业协会。1.2 ASTM(美国材料试验学会)19世纪80年代,为解决采购商与供货商在购销工业材料过程中产生的意见和分歧,有人提出建立技术委员会制度,由技术委员会组织各方面的代表参加技术座谈会,讨论解决有关材料规范、试验程序等方面的争议问题。1902年美国材料试验学会(American Soci
3、ety for Testing Materials)成立。随着其业务范围的不断扩大和发展,学会的工作中心不仅仅是研究和制定材料规范和试验方法标准,还包括各种材料、产品、系统、服务项目的特点和性能标准,以及试验方法、程序等标准。1961年该组织又将其名称改为延用至今的美国材料与试验学会(American Society for Testing and Materials, ASTM)。 ASTM是美国最老、最大的非盈利性的标准学术团体之一。经过一个世纪的发展,ASTM现有33669个(个人和团体)会员,其中有22396个主要委员会会员在其各个委员会中担任技术专家工作。ASTM的技术委员会下共设有

20、tic Tanks玻璃增强热固性塑料贮罐2 国际标准(ISO)国际标准化组织(International Organization for Standardization)简称ISO,是世界上最大的非政府性标准化专门机构,是国际标准化领域中一个十分重要的组织。ISO的任务是促进全球范围内的标准化及其有关活动,以利于国际间产品与服务的交流,以及在知识、科学、技术和经济活动中发展国际间的相互合作。它显示了强大的生命力,吸引了越来越多的国家参与其活动。在国际标准化组织方面,有二个分技术委员会开展复合材料领域的标准化工作。一是ISO/TC61/SC13(复合材料和增强纤维分技术委员会),TC61/SC
21、13为TC61(塑料)下的一个分技术委员会,负责复合材料和增强纤维标准化工作。ISO/TC61/SC13共发布了44项复合材料材料标准,其中有2项半成品标准(片装模塑料SMC和团装模塑料),1项基础标准,其他均为试验方法标准。ISO的试验方法标准的技术内容与ASTM标准和我国标准基本相同,但发布时间远远落后于ASTM标准和我国标准。ISO/TC138/SC6(增强塑料管和管件分技术委员会)共发布了29项管道和管件的相关标准。第二个是ISO/TC138/SC6,TC138/SC6为TC138(液体输送用塑料管、管件和阀门)下的一个分技术委员会,负责增强塑料管和管件的标准化工作。ISO/TC138
