39、好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够大地提高工作效率。因此,开发一套学生信息管理软件很有必要。本系统是利用Visual FoxPro开发制作的学生信息管理系统,具有以下几个优点:1 可以快速、高效地实现全校学生信息、成绩信息在线查询;2 可以方便地实现选课操作;3 可以实现对学生基本信息的统计及打印操作4 只需一到二名管理人员即可操作系统,节省大量人力。系统需求分析通过调查,要求系统需要有以下功能:1 要求有良好的人机界面,以方便管理人员进行操作;2 由于该系统的使用对象多,要求有较好的权限管理;3 原始数据修改简单方便,支持多条件修改;4 方便的数据查询,支持多条件查询;5 能自动根据学校开设

40、的课程进行选择与退选操作。综合考虑本系统主要是针对学校,设计学生信息管理系统的目的主要在于利用计算机的快速查询和运算功能,替代管理人员对数据的手工处理,因而该系统在功能上应包括学生基本信息管理、学校所开设课程的管理、选课管理以及成绩管理等。要通过计算机实现对学生的各种信息进行日常管理,实现现代化办公,就要经常对数据进行查询、修改、添加、删除、统计和打印等操作,因此,设计的信息管理系统应包括实现这些功能的模块。通过对系统的功能分析,同时结合操作的方便实用性,学生信息管理系统应包括系统主模块和查询、维护、统计、选课和打印等几大功能模块。1 系统主模块。本模块是学生信息管理的主界面,它是进入系统的唯

41、一出人口。在该界面中,能够实现对使用系统的用户进行合法性身份检验、增加用户、修改用户等操作,同时还能实现系统各功能模块的操作方法提示等功能。2 查询模块。查询模那个的主要功能是提供用于对数据进行查询操作的操作界面,用户可根据查询目标选择相应的查询对象,然后指定相应的查询依据,查询相关的数据信息。3 维护模块。维护模块的主要功能是允许用户对数据库中的数据进行维护操作,例如添加、删除、修改等。上体的操作过程是首先选择需要进行维护的对象(表 ,然后根据需要进行相庆的数据维护工作。4 统计模块。统计模块主要功能是实现对学生所学课程的成绩进行相应的统计操作。统计可以按照学生个人情况或单科情况进行统计。5

42、 选课模块。选课模块的主要功能是实现对学校开设的课程进行选课操作。在该模块中,提供了可供选择的课程,用户可根据自己的情况对课程进行选择或退选操作,也可根据某种条件进行选课操作,所选择的课程可进行学分和门数统计。6 打印模块。打印模块主要实殃对一些基本信息的打印功能。本系统在执行时,首先根据不同用户的需要来选择相应的模块,然后根据用户的操作进行相应的响应。总体来说,本系统属于一个事务型管理系统。数据库设计学生信息管理系统中涉及到的实体主要有学生实体、课程实体和成绩实体,由此可以建立相应的数据库表,用来保存实体的数据信息。在本系统中,学生实体和成绩实体之间、课程实体和成绩实体之间存在着一对多的关系

43、,它们通过索引建立起相应的联系。系统的主界面是控制系统其他功能模块的应用程序界面,用户可通过该界面来执行系统 的各个功能,该界面仍旧通过表单的方式来实现。 在系统查询功能子模块中, 主要是实现对学生基本信息、 课程信息以及成绩信息的查询, 可通过表单中的页框形式来进行组织。 1“学生信息”查询界面。在“学生信息”查询界面中用户可以选择查询的条件(姓名、 学号或专业来查找学生,被查找到的学生将在下方的表格中显示出来。 2“课程信息”查询界面。在“课程信息”查询界面中,用户可以选择查询的条件(课程 名称、课程号来查找学校所开设的课程,被查找到的课程将在下方的表格中显示出来。 3“成绩信息”查询界面。在“成绩信息”查询界面中,用户可以选择“学号”来查询 学生的各门课程的成绩,选择“课程号”来查找该课程学生的全部
