9、建的大西高铁连接线道路工程,东起太徐线,向西延伸,规划为东西向的城市主干道,红线宽度60米,道路设计长度 K0+270 K2+928.255 ,沿线同西环中路、朱家堡村、武 家庄村道路相交。机动车道、非机动车的均为20cm水泥稳定砂砾底基层。二、施工进度计划计划开工时间:年 月日;计划完工时间:年 月日。三、施工工艺路面底基层为20cm水泥稳定砂砾底基层,根据规范要求一层铺筑,施工 方法采用混合料场拌、自卸车运输、摊铺机摊铺、压路机压实的全过程机械 化施工。工艺流程为:施工放样一 上料拌和一 运输-混合料 摊铺一碾压一养护一封闭交通。1、松铺系数经施工现场检测,当摊铺机夯锤50%时,摊铺的松铺

37、时,接近最佳含水量。同时根据集料的含水量及时调整拌和料中的加水量,以免出现过干过湿的现象。每天开工前对砂砾料用燃烧法快速测定其天然含水量,然后根据实测含水量和天气情况对混合料的含水量进行调整,由于当地气候多变,故对混合料实际含水量要及时调整。(3)拌和拌和场设在具施工现场5km 处, 拌合设备采用一台WCQ-500 型稳定土拌和机,工地试验室配合拌和场做好质量控制工作,主要控制混合料的配合比,既通过调整料斗下面的电机转速和斗门高低来控制各种材料的流量。同时还要控制好水泥剂量和拌和时的含水量。拌和场根据施工情况将拌和设备调整到最佳配置,确保运转连续、拌合均匀,设计水泥剂量为4.7%,现场施工水泥

46、ng -our god- ladeshipconstucion,fflplly e s cadis in ente prie devlpment inhe(5)混合料摊铺施工时对下承层进行整理,将表面的浮土杂物全部清除。先洒水,保证 垫层表面570cm范围内含水量达到5%以上,以免混合料水分散失;如果下 承层表面有松散现象,用压路机将下承层碾压密实,然后进行铺筑。基层摊 铺时,高程控制采取摊铺机传感器自动找平装置,即在摊铺机两侧挂钢丝, 测量高程作为基准平面,采取这种方法时应用紧线器拉紧钢丝,减少钢丝挠 度而造成高程不准确。运料车严禁开到已经抄过平的钢钎范围调头,避免碰 倒钢钎或碾断钢丝绳,以
47、免影响进度。运料车距摊铺机300m400m调头,然后倒到摊铺机前进行摊铺。具体摊铺时,摊铺机外侧均以钢丝绳为基准控 制高程,摊铺机后面应设专人消除粗细集料离析现象,特别是局部粗集料窝 应该铲除,并且用新拌混合料填补。当铺筑长度有60 80m时,用压路机开始碾压。碾压后质检人员进行检测,用人工将出现的局部“小波浪”消除。(6)混合料的碾压选用振动压路机两台。压路机在路基全宽内进行碾压。直线段,由两侧 路肩向路中心碾压;平曲线段,由内侧向外侧路肩进行碾压。碾压时,应重 叠1/2轮宽;后轮必须超过两段的接缝处,后轮压完路面全宽时,既为一遍。 应在规定的时间内碾压到要求的密实度。同时没有明显的轮迹。碾
