47、中专学校。学校座落在风景秀丽、设备一流的海南职业技术学院院内,现有在校学生近700 人、教职员工40 余人。从目前的生源状况来看,学生大多数来自农村,比较淳厚质朴。但是,由于种种原因,绝大多数学生缺乏良好的学习习惯、行为习惯、生活习惯、思维习惯,基础知识和学习能力比较差;有的对学习毫无兴趣,厌学或弃学现象时有发生;有的学生组织纪律观念淡薄、文明礼貌行为缺失、人生观和价值观扭曲等等,使学校的教育教学和管理工作面临着严峻的形势和艰巨的挑战。因此, 努力建设一支既有一定的专业水平和业务素质、又有一定的职业操守和奉献精神的教师队伍势在必行。培养学生良好的行为习惯和高尚的道德品质、夯实学生坚实的专业基础
