30、滨市和山东省莱芜市的严重学生溺亡事故，更是夺去了11个鲜活的生命，给学生家庭带来无尽的伤痛和损失，为切实加强安全教育、防止发生溺水事件，希望家校互相配合，重视对孩子进行防溺水教育工作，提高孩子防溺水的自觉性和识别险情、紧急避险、遇险逃生的能力，现将有关防溺水常识告知如下：一、预防孩子溺水的措施：1、孩子应在家长带领下游泳；2、教育孩子不要独自在河边玩耍；3、 不去非游泳区游泳；4、 不会游泳者，不要游到深水区，即使带着救生圈也不安全；5、游泳前要做适当的准备活动，以防抽筋；6、雨天行走、在井边打水要格外小心。二、教孩子学会溺水时的自救方法：1、不要慌张，发现周围有人时立即呼救；2、放松全身，让

31、身体飘浮在水面上，将头部浮出水面，用脚踢水，防止体力丧失，等待救援；3、身体下沉时，可将手掌向下压；4、如果在水中突然抽筋，又无法靠岸时，立即求救。如周围无人，可深吸一口气潜入水中，伸直抽筋的那条腿，用手将脚趾向上扳，以解除抽筋。三、现场抢救溺水者的方法：1 、迅速清除口、鼻中的污泥、杂草及分泌物，保持呼吸道通畅，并拉出舌头，以避免堵塞呼吸道；2、将溺水者举起，使其俯卧在救护者肩上，腹部紧贴救护者肩部，头脚下垂， 以使呼吸道内积水自然流出。但不要因为控水而耽误了进行心肺复苏的时间；3、进行口对口人工呼吸及心脏按摩；4、尽快联系急救中心或送溺水者去医院。四、严格要求孩子做到“四不”：不在无家长或
