大型LNG储罐保冷施工方案

1、大型 LNG 储罐保冷施工方案1.范围 Scope该程序适用于 LNG 项目大型储罐保冷的施工。This procedure details procedure for the in sulati on con structi on of large LNG tank.2.概况 Ge neral整个罐的绝热施工主要包括罐底绝热热转角保护板与外罐衬板夹层绝热、环形空间绝热，铝 吊顶绝热、接管的绝热四部分。混凝土环干沙的铺设、泡沫玻璃铺设、珍珠岩混凝土块、毛 毡以及玻璃棉的安装。主要绝热材料包括：罐底部分：珍珠岩水泥块、泡沫玻璃块、玻璃棉、 干沙等；环形空间绝热部分：珍珠岩粉末、弹性毡、玻璃纤维布

2、等；铝吊顶绝热部分：玻璃 布、玻璃棉等；接管绝热部分：玻璃棉、玻璃布、聚氰尿酸酯泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫、玻璃纤维 毡。In sulatio n con struct ion covers the places of tank bottom, annu lar space,suspe ndeddeck, no zzle.Ring concrete dry sand, cellular glass， perlite concrete block, capping material, glass wool. Capping material shall connect with the type of butt joint, androlling or flexure is prohibited.4.1.5.4 在干沙上铺设三层 T152 的泡沫玻璃， 泡沫玻璃层在长宽方向上交错铺设， 最小错变量 100mm,每层泡沫玻璃之间铺设毛毡，要求同4.1.5.3;注意铺设最上层干

11、沙下的毛毡时要搭接铺设，以防干沙渗入如图；Lay three layers of T152 cellular glass on dry sand. 13、t cellular glass.4.1.5.6 每层的泡沫玻璃应该是平整的， 在任意 2 米的范围内，平整度都应该在3mm,不允许出现高差变化大的情况；En sure leveli ng of each layer of cellular glass. In any area with diameter of 2m, leveli ng shall be within 3m, abrupt cha nge of leveli ng is not allowed.4.1.5.7 在混凝土找平层并验收合格后，铺设珍珠岩混凝土块，先确定好N13 位置并铺设珍珠岩混凝土块，块之间的间隙由 75mm

14、压缩成 50mm 玻璃棉来填充；After acceptance of concrete leveling, lay perlite concrete block. Firstly, confirm N13 position and layperlite concrete block. Clearance between perlite concrete block will be filled in with glass wool whichis compressed from 75mm to 50mm.4.1.5.8 珍珠岩混凝土块外侧的泡沫玻璃和毛毡应呈放射状放置，并切割成扇形进行调整；

15、Cellular glass block and capping material at outside of perlite concrete shall be laid radiatively, and cutinto sector form to be adjusted.4.1.5.9 泡沫玻璃与转角板之间、泡沫玻璃与珍珠岩混凝土之间间隙由75mm 压缩成 50mm 的玻璃棉来填充；Cleara nce betwee n cellular glass & corner plate, and cellular glass & perlite con crete block

16、will befilled in with glass wool which is compressed from 75mm to 50mm.4.1.5.10 热转角保护板安装完并经检查合格后在边缘板上浇注混凝土承重环，在中腹板上铺设第三层干沙，干沙上铺设两层泡沫玻璃及三层毛毡，然后再铺设铺设第四层干沙要求同4.1.5.3和 4.1.5.4。After accepta nceof thermal corner plate con structi on, con duct ring con crete pouri ng on annu larplate, and lay the third la

20、yreleva nt parties.4.2.2.7 TCP 顶部钢板与垫板安装完成；Finish TCP top plate and back ing strip in stallati on.4.2.2.8 对现场施工人员进行技术交底，明确安装顺序、铺设要求。Make tech ni cal briefi ng to con structi on workers on in stallati on seque nee and requireme nt.4.2.2 施工说明 construction method4.2.2.1 根据施工图纸在外罐衬板上涂刷粘结剂，用抹灰铲涂敷，注意纵向和横向

21、涂刷不同粘 结剂；Paste adhesive on shell liner plate as per construction drawing, and apply different adhesive at verticaland Ion gitud inal direct ion.4.2.2.2 根据施工图纸安装泡沫玻璃，泡沫玻璃层在长宽方向上交错铺设，最小错边量至少100mm；In stall cellular glass as per con structi on draw ing. Cellular glass block layers shall be arran ged suc

22、hthat they overlap by at least 100mm of len gth and width and con seque ntly.4.2.2.3 在泡沫玻璃块与底板转角板的间隙由150mm 压缩到 75mm 玻璃棉来填充。Clearance between cellular glass block & bottom corner plate will be filled in with glass wool which iscompressed from 75mm to 50mm.4.2.2.4TCP 的安装可与绝热施工同时进行，而TCP 临时开口位置的绝热工作

23、待储罐的压力试验完成并完成内罐的清洗工作后再施工。The TCP in stallati on and in sulati on con struct ion can be executed at the same time. While, i nsulation work at TCP temporary ope ning has to be done after tank hydrostatic test and clea nli ness of tank.4.3 环形空间弹性毡施工 Annular Space Resilient Blanket Construction4.3.1 施工顺

And press base plate with temporary material untiladhesive dry.4.3.3.2 将弹性毡挂在罐壁外侧挂钩轨道上，弹性毡被夹持板压缩到板间距为14m m，各层弹性毡的接缝要错开；Hang resilient blanket on hook rail at outer

27、 tank shell, resilient blanket will be compacted to 14mmby hold plate. Joint of resilie nt bla nket shall stagger.4.3.3.3 安装弹性毡外侧玻璃纤维布时，在夹持板和吊顶板之间要留有300mm 余量，玻璃纤维布接缝处用粘性铝带密封，注意在吊顶处的接缝处的玻璃纤维布要用粘接剂粘好；Whe n in stall glass cloth outside of resilie nt bla nket, it shall hold 300mm space betwee n hold pla

28、te& suspe nded deck. Also, use AL tape to stick joint of glass cloth. As for glass cloth at the joint ofsuspended deck, it shall stick firmly with adhesive.4.3.3.4 玻璃纤维布安装完毕，用钢索栏起，但要注意钢索上不允许施加拉力。Use steel rope to fence after finish installation of glass cloth. Do not add tension force to rope.4.

29、4 接管、铝吊顶保冷 Nozzle and Suspended Deck Insulation4.4.1 施工前提条件 construction preparation钢索绑扎Rope Strap4.4.1.1 水压试验完成并清理干净；finish hydrostatic test and clea n inner tank.441.2 接管施工完成，各项检测完成并验收合格; finish no zzle and accept4.4.1.3 珍珠岩粉末填充前；before filling in perlite powder4.4.2 施工说明 construction method4.4.2.

30、1 接管套管玻璃棉径向压缩要达到50%，纵向接缝要求交错排列且套筒内的玻璃棉要伸出套筒底端 150mm 再密封；Nozzle sleeve glass wool shall compact to 50% at vertical directi on. As for vertical joi nt, it shallarrange staggeri ngly, and glass wool in side sleeve shall come out of sleeve bottom by 150mm, thensealed.4.4.2.2 套管以下部分玻璃棉纵向接缝要求交错排列，外层玻璃布水平接

31、缝处搭接最少50mm用粘接剂粘接，并用铝带在外侧粘接，玻璃布纵缝也用铝带粘接；Glass wool below sleeve shall arrange staggeri ngly at vertical direct ion. Horiz on tal joi nt overlappingof outside glass cloth shall be at least 50mm, and with adhesive. And stick with AL tape at outside.Also use AL tape to stick glass cloth vertical joi nt.

32、4.4.2.3 套筒外层保冷材料按照图纸施工注意各层分布；Insulation material construction for sleeve shall arrange at construction drawings.4.424 铝吊顶铺设玻璃棉，且最上层铺设带铝箔的玻璃棉，接缝处应错开玻璃棉接缝处用铝 箔粘接；Lay glass wool on suspended deck, and lay glass wool with AL tape at the top layer. Joint shallstagger away glass wool, and joint shall be t

33、aped firmly with AL tape.卜 *LI，4.425 安装吊顶挡墙时要注意预留一块不封，待安装人员进来后在内层封好。Whe n in stall suspe ndeddeck reta ining wall, it shall keep one piece for workers en teri ng and installi ng in side.4.5 珍珠岩粉末填充 Perlite powder filling4.5.1 填充流程图(夹层应填充膨胀珍珠岩，震实后密度为 48-66kg/m3):Filli ng process chart (in terlayer sh

34、all fill expa nded perlite powder, with 48-66kg/m3 after tamp in g.)松散密度在施工中每 2 小时检测一次；one time per two hours for in compact perlite powder粒度分布在施工中每 2 小时检测一次；one time per two hours for granular perlite powder震实密度在施工中 12 小时检测一次； one time per twelve hours for tamped perlite powder4.5.3 机械振动 Mechanical

35、 Vibration 在储罐内壁上安装 18 个振动器填充分散的珍珠岩，按每块壁板中间布置，均匀错开焊缝， 每 层壁板振动一次，每次振动三小时，每次振动导致沉降的高度通常为10%-14%，如果沉降的高度小于 10%，就要考虑增加振动的次数， 所以要详细记录每小时珍珠岩的重量、 沉降记录、 天气条件等同珍珠岩有关的参数。Fix 18 vibrators along inside wall, at the middle of each shell plate, and avoid weld joint equally. Itshall vibrate each circle shell plate

36、 one time, three hours. Sedimentation after vibration is generally10%-14%. In case sedimentation after vibration is less than 10%, it shall vibrate again. Perlite powderweight, sedimentation record, weather condition shall be recorded every hour.4.5.4 重新装填、振动和封顶： Refilling, vibration & covering

37、在第一次装填和振动后，重新对罐进行装填，高度为外罐墙板顶部。对于在第一次装填时已 经经过振动的最后一圈钢板应当重新进行振动，并持续时间为 4 小时，使装填的珍珠岩达到 水平线以上，完成 “封顶 ”的程序。After first time of filling and vibration, refill perlite powder to the height of outer tank wall top. 38、eds vibration againfor four hours, so that perlite powder reaches horizontal line, and complete covering.5. 质量控制5.1 铺设前必须对作业人员进行详细的技术交底，必须采用正确的铺设工序； Before laying detailedbriefing shall be handed over for operational workers, the right laying procedure shall be used.5.2 严格按照施工图纸的要求进行放线标记工作， 避免产生铺设方位

39、的偏差；The work of mark and lineshall be done as per requirement of construction drawing, avoiding the error of orientation when layingmaterial.5.3 按照 ITP 对保冷工作进行检查；The inspection of insulation shall be as per ITP.5.4 对绝热材料要进行防潮、 防雨措施， 玻璃砖等易碎材料应防止损坏；The methods of moisture-proofand rainproof shall be d
