1、课程介绍课程号： 课程名称：会计财务实证分析英文名称：Empirical Research of Accounting and Corporate Finance 授课教师：徐宗宇 冯旭南学时： 40 学分：4教学大纲（课程概要）：（150字以内）为会计方向与财务管理方向硕士研究生开设，系统性地讲授实证会计与财务研究方法，并以高质量博士(含硕士)论文与中外重要期刊文章为例，具体讲解如何完成一篇实证会计或财务论文，从选题、文献检索与阅读、数据搜集整理、统计分析、写作、修改，再到演讲并投稿的全过程。通过本课程的学习，实现以下目标：（1）使学生基本理解并掌握会计财务实证研究方法（2）使学生基本了解会
