4、线以下，一般与推进器轴平行的位置，特殊情况可上下调整。Auxiliaryanodeshouldbeinstalledunderthelightwaterline;generallythelocationshouldbeparallelwiththepropellershaftwhichcouldbeadjustedupwardsordownwardsunderspecialcircumstances.1.2.2 辅助阳极在船体的横向位置应该是：两只安装于近龌部。具体位置可由安装工程师现场指导。Thehorizontallocationoftheauxiliaryanodeonthehullsh

5、ouldbe:twoshouldbeinstallednearthestern.Thedetailedlocationcanbeon-siteinstructedbyinstallationengineer.1.2.3 阳极安装位置其船体钢板外侧比较平坦。Theexternalhullplateinstallingtheanodeshouldberelativelyflat.1.2.4 阳极安装位置其船舱内侧有一定空间，易于安装和维修。Thecabininnerinstallingtheanodeshouldhavecertainspacetofacilitatetheinstallation

6、andmaintenance.1.2.5 左舷与右舷两侧安装的阳极应该对称的。Theanodesinstalledatportsideandstarboardsideshouldbesymmetrical.1.3 开孔Holeopening1.3.1 在确定的位置上用气焊开孔，其孔直径与阳极结构图中尺寸相符。Opentheholeatdeterminedlocationbygaswelding,withtheholediameteridenticalwiththedimensionsinanodestructurediagram.1.3.2 开好孔后应将其清理干净。同时将阳极总成的阳极及绝缘底

7、座拆下。Theopenedholesshouldbecleared,whiletheanodeandtheanodeassemblyremovetheinsulatingbase.1.4 密封套焊接Weldingthewatertightwrap将阳极结构图中的密封套“9(与安装底板组成一体)”按结构图焊接，在焊接前需将其位置摆正，密封套“9”要与船体垂直，安装底板“7”与船体紧贴并焊接(密封套体在舱内)。Theanodestructurediagramofthesealedsetof"9(Composedofonefloorwiththeinstallation)"acc

9、rringinthegland.1.6 阳极安装AnodeInstallation1.6.1 将阳极按结构图进行安装，(舱外有人)将阳极接线柱从密封套孔伸入舱内，在舱内将阳极的接线柱定位并将密封橡皮塞、绝缘套“15”水密压盖等按正确安装方式装上。并用万用电表测试阳极与船体的绝缘度，正常情况为不导通。一切正常后，在船体外壳用固定螺丝将阳极绝缘底座“4”与安装底板“7”固定，同时在舱内将水密罩压盖拧紧。Theanodeaccordingtotheinstallationdiagram,(Outsidethecabinhasthehuman)Anodeterminalwillreachintothe

12、度，紧固螺丝是否松动，水密是否可靠，确认一切正常后，将阳极待用。Inspection:checktheinsulationdegreebetweentheanodeandtheplate;checkwhetherthefasteningscrewsareloose,whetherthewatertightisreliable.Theanodewillbereadyforuseafterallareconfirmedtobenormal.1.7 涂装阳极屏蔽层Anodeshieldpaint在阳极安装好后，在阳极四周涂装阳极屏蔽层，屏蔽层的面积为：3.14m2(2000mm),其厚度为：阳极四周

13、围应达2.0mm,最远的部分为1mm,在涂装前应将涂刷部位除锈出白达Sa21/2。阳极屏蔽层为甲、乙两组份分装，使用时将甲、乙两组份1:1混合搅拌均匀后涂刷。Afterinstallingtheanode,theanodesurroundingshouldbecoatedwithanodeshieldpaint,withthe2shieldpaintareaof3.14m(2000mm);thethicknessshouldbe:theanodesurroundingshouldbe2.0mm,andutmostpartsshouldbe1mm;therustatcoatingpartssho

14、uldberemoveduntilSa21/2.Theanodeshieldpaintissub-packedinAandBtwogroups;mixAandBtwogroupsin1:1uniformlybeforeuseandcoating.1.7检3叙Test阳极安装好后，需进行检验，内容有：Thefollowingitemsshouldbetestedaftertheanodeisinstallation:a)绝缘试验：在无水无雾条件下，其绝缘度1MQ,若有雾，用万用电表测不导通即可。Insulationtest:underwaterproofandfogproofcondition,

15、theinsulationdegreeshouldbe>1MQ;Iffog,itshouldbeunconnectedwhenmeasuredwithavometer.b)耐压试验：接入压缩空气，压力0.5MPa,历时15分钟无变化为合格。Anti-pressuretest:Connectthecompressedair,nochangesin15minuteswillbequalifiedwiththepressureof0.5MPa;2.1 参比电极安装ReferenceElectrodeInstallation2.2 定位Orientation按照设计要求确定参比电极在船体的具体安

16、装位置。Determinethedetailedinstallationlocationofreferenceelectrodeinthehullaccordingtothedesignrequirements.2.3 开孔Holeopening在确定的位置开孔，孔的直径为91mm,开好孔后，应将其清理干净。Opentheholeatdeterminedlocationwiththeholediameterof91mm.Theopened由oleshouldbecleared.2.4 焊接安装底板Weldingtheinstallationbackplane将参比电极结构图”中的底座法兰3”按

17、结构图焊接（需两面焊接），在焊接前需将其位置摆正，要与船体垂直。Weldthemountingflange3"inthereferenceelectrodestructurediagraminaccordancewiththestructurediagram（bothsidesshouldbewelded）,thelocationshouldbeverticalwiththehullanditshouldbecorrectlylocatedbeforewelding.2.5 安装参比电极ReferenceElectrodeInstallation将参比电极总成按结构图将进行安装，将参

18、比电极体从舱内伸入安装底板孔中，用螺丝将水密罩法兰与安装底板固定。Thereferenceelectrodeassemblyshouldbeinstalledaccordingtothestructurediagram,insertthereferenceelectrodethroughthecabinintotheholeoninstallationbackplane,andthenfixthewatertightenclosureflangewiththeinstallationbackplanewiththescrews.2.6 接线Wireconnection先将参比电极线接上，并拧紧

19、螺母。Connectthereferenceelectrodewiresandtightthenuts.2.7 检查：检查参比电极与钢板的绝缘度，紧固螺丝是否松动，水密是否可靠，确认一切正常后，将参比电极待用。Inspection:checktheinsulationdegreebetweenthereferenceelectrodeandtheplate;checkwhetherthefasteningscrewsareloose,whetherthewatertightisreliable.Thereferenceelectrodewillbereadyforuseafterallarec

20、onfirmedtobenormal.2.8 检3叙Test参比电极安装好后，需进行检验，内容有：Thefollowingitemsshouldbetestedafterthereferenceelectrodeisinstallation:a）绝缘试验：用万用电表测定参比电极电缆与船体钢板之间的电阻，若显示不导通即为合格。Insulationtest:measuretheresistancebetweenthereferenceelectrodecableandhullplatewithavometer,ifunconnected,itwillbequalified.b）耐压试验：接入压缩空

21、气，压力0.5MPa,历时15分钟无变化为合格。Anti-pressuretest:Connectthecompressedair,nochangesin15minuteswillbequalifiedwiththepressureof0.5MPa;外加电流阴极保护装置试验程序及方法TestproceduresandmethodsofICCP1.1 试验前的准备Preparationbeforethetest装置在运行试验前，必须对装置的安装及接线进行严格检查，其检查内容有：Beforethedeviceoperationtest,thedeviceinstallationandwirecon

22、nectionshouldbestrictlyinspected,including:1.2 阳极检查：AnodeInspection在船舶下水前，检查阳极与船体钢板是否绝缘，正常情况应该绝缘不导通，如果发现导通须找原因进行处理，同时检查水密安装是否可靠，安装是否牢固，在船舶下水后应再次检查水密情况。Beforetheshiplaunching,theinsulationbetweentheanodeandthehullplateshouldbechecked;undernormalcircumstances,itshouldbeinsulatedwithoutconnection;ifcon

23、nected,findthereasonsfortreatment;atthesametimecheckwhetherthewatertightinstallationisreliableandwhethertheinstallationisfastened;re-checkthewatertightsituationaftertheshiplaunching.1.3 参比电极检查：主要检查水密情况。Inspectionofreferenceelectrode:mainlycheckthewatertightsituation.1.4 恒电仪检查：检查恒电位仪安装是否牢固，设备在安装中是否被损

24、坏。Inspectionofpotentiostat:checkwhetherthepotentiostatinstallationissolidandwhethertheequipmentisdamagedduringtheinstallation.1.5 接线检查：Wireconnectioninspection:检查恒电位仪AC进线，联接是否正确，牢固。CheckwhetherthepotentiostatAClineandconnectionarecorrectandfirm.阳极线检查：检查阳极线两端是否正确联接。Anodewireinspection:checkwhethertwo

25、endsofanodewirearecorrectlyconnected.阴极线：接地线是否正确接地。Cathodewire:checkwhetherthegroundingwireiscorrectlygrounded.参比电极线：参比电极线是否接线正确，参比电极接线是否接好。Referenceelectrodewire:checkwhetherthereferenceelectrodewireiscorrectlyconnectedandwhetherthereferencewireconnectioniswellconnected.2.1 运行试验Operationtest2.2 在检查

26、无误后才可以启动恒电位仪，进入运行试验状态。Startthepotentiostattoentertheoperationteststateiftheinspectionisnormal.功能选择”开关K2置竽控”位置，并将W1、W2、W3电位器由逆时针方向旋转后回转二圈。PlacetheFUNCTIONSELECTION"switchK2shouldbesetat"Manualcontrol"position,andW1,W2andW3potentiometershouldbeanti-clockwiserotatedbeforetwocirclesback-r

27、otation.2.3 开机试验Boot-straptest2.3.1 手控试验Manualcontroltest置电源开关”K1于“ON,数字显示表点亮，选择电位测量开关K3置于给定电位档，顺时针旋转手控”电位器W1,使输出电压、电流逐渐上升。Placethe“powerswitch"K1on"ON',thedigitaldisplaymeterwilllightup,selpctehealmeasurementswitchK3onthegivenpotentialgrade,rotateinclockwisewaythe“manualcopotentiomete

28、rW1tokeeptheoutputvoltageandcurrentrisinggradually.2.3.2 自动控制试验Automaticcontroltest若上述正常，将开关K2置恒电位”位置，K3调到给定位置上，顺时针调节恒电位的电位器W2,使电位逐渐上升至所设的保护电位-0.82Vo观察参比电位跟综给定电位值。若参比电极跟踪测定的电位值与设定电位值基本一致，即为正常(注：在本设备中，采用Ag-AgCl参比电极，其电位已转化显示为正值)。Iftheabovearenormal,setswitchK2atpotentiostatic“positionandK3togivenposit
