13、理”的结论。我校德育工作评价的基本模式是：“一个评语”、“四册评价”、“四项活动”。 总体评价学生的思想品德,教师的话可以“一言兴才”也可以“一言废才”。足见教师评语的重要。一则好的评语可以改变学生的一个不良习惯；一则好的评语能够克服心理上的一个弱点；一则好的评语有可能改变学生的一生。我们在实施评语的过程中，以学生的思想状况、日常行为习惯、心理发展情况为主要内容，力求全面，突出个性；以“优点加鼓励”作为评语的基本模式，“您”代替生硬的“该生”，“柔声细语”代替“呆板冷酷的命令”。学生经常看到的是这样的评语：“你经常注意地面上是否有杂物，哪怕是一点小小的纸片，也悄悄地捡起来，老师喜欢你！”；“你

15、，每周利用班会进行一次核对检查。学生自己对照目标进行自检，寻找出自己的强项、中项和弱项，本着“强项贵以恒，中项不放松，弱项要注重”的要求，实行自我评价、自我教育，自我管理。小学生双休日活动手册是我校针对双休日这个教育盲区而制定的。学生的双休日活动很容易被忽视，曾有人针对双休日指出“5+2=0”的教育效果，是说5天的学校教育加上2天的双休日活动，学生的行为习惯等还是原来的水平。从另一个方面讲，双休日活动是学生家庭活动和社会活动时间，那么，学生在家里应该做些什么，多数家长有些困惑。而学生的社会活动应该如何开展，学生由于受到年龄的限制，目的性也不太明确。我们编写的双休日小学生自主活动手册弥补了这一空

16、白，它的内容包括：特长活动、读书活动、手工制作、社会活动、家务劳动、电视观看、家长意见共七个方面。让学生把双休日活动的情况记录在手册上。手册的使用，进一步规范和丰富了我校学生双休日自主活动的内容和形式，有效地调动了教师和家长两个方面教育的积极性，提高了学生双休日活动的质量。 我校把实施中华美德教育作为学校德育工作的突破口，学校围绕忠、孝、诚、信、礼、仪、廉、耻这个核心，确立了20个教育主题。从一年级开始，每学期两个主题，半学期检评一个主题。在每个主题的下面确立了20个小目标，印制成实验小学美德检评手册。检评的方法是先进行自评，分别用“”和“？”表示。学期中或学期末，以中队为单位进行集体评价，再

17、将评价情况反馈给家长，让家长再给出一个评价意见，最后是班主任进行一个总评。通过四级评价，学生见贤思齐，常改常进，鞭策自己不断向前，塑造自己的人格魅力。为了使考试与评价成为学生发展的动力，我们编制了小学生素质综合发展评价手册。评价手册共设计了：思想品德、文化课学习、特长爱好、奖励等十项内容。学期结束时，由班主任组织填写，反馈给家长，由家长签字后再反馈给学校。实验证明，采用这种形式，一是使学生明确自己在德、智、体诸方面的发展情况，指导学生扬长补短，积极主动地学习。二是使家长全面了解孩子在校学习的表现，以便采取正确的教育措施。三是使教师能够全面了解学生的学习和品行修养等情况，以便因材施教。四是作为学
