1、20166专业外语作业磨床介绍翻译班级:机械工程13-1姓名:张泰然学号:20131112磨床一磨床简介:磨床(grinder,grinding machine)是利用磨具对工件表面进行磨削加工的机床。 大多数的磨床是使用高速旋转的砂轮进行磨削加工,少数的是使用油石、砂带等其他磨具和游离磨料进行加工,如珩磨机、超精加工机床、砂带磨床、研磨机和抛光机等。二加工范围:磨床能加工硬度较高的材料,如淬硬钢、硬质合金等;也能加工脆性材料,如玻璃、花岗石。磨床能作高精度和表面粗糙度很小的磨削,也能进行高效率的磨削,如强力磨削等三行业概况:供求关系是一个行业能否快速发展的前提。目前来看,市场需求是很大的,而
2、供应方面却略显不足,尤其是拥有核心知识产权,产品质量过硬的企业并不多,行业整体缺乏品牌效应。在需求旺盛的阶段,行业需求巨大,发展前景好,这是毋庸置疑的。但如何保持行业的健康,稳定且可持续发展,就需要业内企业共同努力,尤其需要发挥精益求精的研发精神,进一步提高生产工艺,降低成本,真正解决客户的实际困难,严把质量关,提供最可靠的产品。四节能运用:标准机械加工所使用磨床,砂轮电动机均按传统启动电路运行。电动机启动后按照额定转速运转,由于电网电压有一定波动,砂轮工件磨擦负载不断变化,都会影响电动机转速误差,标准砂轮电动机起动电路一般只有一种加工速度,难以适应不同工件大小要求不同加工相对线速度,以至于所
3、加工工件加工精密度很难保证。因此从提高加工质量加工效率,节约能源等方面考虑,将变频调速技术应用于磨床,可以收到满意效果。机械加工行业所加工产品种类繁多,工件大小尺寸不同,要求加工精度各异。相对要求砂轮转速于主轴线速度不同,单纯调整主轴转速来满足工件加工线速度很难调整到理想状态。又由于轴杆类加工过程所产生应力弯曲,磨削过程会产生砂轮进给力矩不同,这样就带来砂轮输出转速/力矩不同变化,相应会产生振刀纹/烧糊纹等,磨削精度很难保证,由此造成生产效率低,精品率低等。随着电力电子技术发展,变频调速技术越来越普及,机械加工行业变频器应用收到很好效果。其中,以变频器无级调速,软启动,恒转矩输出极大满足了机械
4、加工设备对恒速度/恒转矩要求。五分类:随着高精度、高硬度机械零件数量的增加,以及精密铸造和精密锻造工艺的发展,磨床的性能、品种和产量都在不断的提高和增长。六磨床的类型:(1)外圆磨床:是普通型的基型系列,主要用于磨削圆柱形和圆锥形外表面的磨床。(2)内圆磨床:是普通型的基型系列,主要用于磨削圆柱形和圆锥形内表面的磨床。此外,还有兼具内外圆磨的磨床。(3)坐标磨床:具有精密坐标定位装置的内圆磨床。(4)无心磨床:工件采用无心夹持,一般支承在导轮和托架之间,由导轮驱动工件旋转,主要用于磨削圆柱形表面的磨床。例如轴承轴支等。(5)平面磨床:主要用于磨削工件平面的磨床。a.手摇磨床适用于较小尺寸及较高
5、精度工件加工,可加工包括弧面、平面、槽等的各种异形工件。b.大水磨适用于较大工件的加工,加工精度不高,与手摇磨床相区别。(6)砂带磨床:用快速运动的砂带进行磨削的磨床。(7)珩磨机:主要用于加工各种圆柱形孔(包括光孔、轴向或径向间断表面孔、通孔、盲孔和多台阶孔),还能加工圆锥孔、椭圆形孔、余摆线孔。(8)研磨机:用于研磨工件平面或圆柱形内,外表面的磨床。(9)导轨磨床:主要用于磨削机床导轨面的磨床。(10)工具磨床:用于磨削工具的磨床。(11)多用磨床:用于磨削圆柱、圆锥形内、外表面或平面,并能用随动装置及附件磨削多种工件的磨床。(12)专用磨床:从事对某类零件进行磨削的专用机床。按其加工对象
6、又可分为:花键轴磨床、曲轴磨床、凸轮磨床、齿轮磨床、螺纹磨床、曲线磨床等。(13)端面磨床:用于磨削齿轮端面的磨床。七特点要求:根据磨床的运动特点及工艺要求,对电力拖动及控制有如下要求:(1).砂轮的旋转运动一般不要求调速,由一台三相异步电动机拖动即可,且只要求单向旋转。容量较大时,可采用Y-三角形降压启动。(2).为保证加工精度,使其运行平稳,保证工作台往复运动换向时惯性小无冲击,故采用液压传动实现工作台往复运动和砂轮箱横向进给。八安全防护:磨削加工应用较为广泛,是机器零件精密加工的主要方法之一。但是,由于磨床砂轮的转速很高,砂轮又比较硬、脆、经不起较重的撞击,偶然的操作不当,撞碎砂轮会造成
7、非常严重的后果。因此,磨削加工的安全技术工作显得特别重要,必须采取可靠的安全防护装置,操作要精神集中,保证万无一失。此外,磨削时砂轮的工件上飞溅出的微细砂屑及金属屑,会伤害工人的眼睛,工人若大量地吸入这种尘末则对身体有害,也应采取适当的防护措施。磨削加工时应注意如下的一些安全技术问题。开车前应认真地对机床进行全面检查,包括对操纵机构、电气设备及磁力吸盘等卡具的检查。检查后再经润滑,润滑后进行试车,确认一切良好,方可使用。装卡工件时要注意卡正、卡紧,在磨削过程中工件松脱会造成工件飞出伤人或撞碎砂轮等严重后果。开始工作时,应用手调方式,使砂轮慢些与工件靠近,开始进给量要小,不许用力过猛,防止碰撞砂
8、轮。需要用挡铁控制工作台往复运动时,要根据工件磨削长度,准确调好,将挡铁紧牢。更换砂轮时,必须先进行外观检查,是否有外伤,再用木锤或木棒敲击,要求声音清脆确无裂纹。安装砂轮时必须按规定的方法和要求装配,静平衡调试后进行安装,试车,一切正常后,方可使用。工人在工作中要戴好防护眼镜,修整砂轮时要平衡地进行,防止撞击。测量工件、调整或擦拭机床都要在停机后进行。用磁力吸盘时,要将盘面、工件擦净、靠紧、吸牢,必要时可加挡铁,防止工件移位或飞出。要注意装好砂轮防护罩或机床挡板,站位要侧过高速旋转砂轮的正面。九日常保养:磨床要有专人负责保养和使用,定期检修,确保机床处于良好状态。(1)作业完毕,机件各处,尤
9、其是滑动部位,应擦试干净后上油。(2)清除磨床各部位之研磨屑。(3)必要之部位,上防锈。(4)研磨前,请校正砂轮平衡。(5)必须依工物材质、硬度慎选砂轮。(6)主轴端与砂轮凸缘应涂薄油膜以防生锈。(7)请注意主轴旋转方向。(8)禁止使用空气枪清洁工作物及机器。(9)请注意油窗油路是否顺畅。(10)吸尘箱,过滤钢,请每周清洁一次。(11)吸力弱时请检查吸尘管是否有粉屑堵塞。(12)必须保持吸尘管道清洁,否则会引起燃烧。磨床吸盘之保养永久磁铸吸盘或电磁吸盘之盘面为工作物研磨精度能否求出之基础,应妥为维护、保养。若工作物精度差了或盘面有所损伤,盘面必须再研磨,盘面精度合乎要求,才能确保工作物之精度。
10、磨床润滑系统之保养润滑油于最初使用一个月以更换,以后每3-6个月后更换一次,油槽下方有泄油栓,可资利用。并请注意,换油时,将槽内部及过滤器一并清洗。十安全操作规范:(1)工作前应检查机械、电器、防护装置、吸尘装置、工卡量具等,必须处于完整良好状态。(2)手动检查各部之后,空车运转,检查磨头纵向往复运动,确认正常后,可进行工作。(3)工作前按工件磨削长度,手动调整换向挡铁位置,并加以紧固。(4)机床工作时,液压系统的压力应不超出规定值范围。油温不得超过50,油缸中有空气时,应将磨头以最大行程来回走数次以排气。(5)机床没有纵向移动的自动和手动的互锁机构,而用液压自动往复运动时,必须将手柄拔出。(
