Environmental considerations shall be part of all work plan

To make a stipulation identify and evaluate the environmental aspects which are able to be controlled or be influenced during construction, in order to make sure environmental aspects could be controlled. Environmental aspects s

46、hould be identified during working, designing, purchasing, construction or service after construction. During environmental aspect identification process, the department should consider the way and scope of management, control, solution and the influence that can be exerted (such as to supplier, tra

47、nsporter or subcontractor.). Environmental aspect identification should consider normal, abnormal and emergency these three situations. In addition, it also should consider past, nowadays and future these three tenses. And following six aspects: the pollutions which are discharged into atmosphere; t

48、he pollutions which are discharged into water; the pollutions which are discharged into soil; the using, consumption and waste of materials and natural resources; local other environmental problems and community problems (such as noise, light pollution, virescence and others).The environmental aspec

Never hinder public safety, never impact construction, never has environmental governance problem that may endanger society.2. Avoid the complaint of water pollution.3. The management of toxic substances must in strict accordance with the rele
