5、 Overview厂用电动机主要有交流 6kV、交流 400V、直流 220V 三类，主要是用来驱动机组辅机，保证电能的安全、稳定输出。Motor could be divided into 6 KV AC motor 、400 V AC motor and 220V DC motor three kinds, it is mainly used for driving auxiliaries of unit to guarantee the safe and stable power output.大于 185KW 的电机及大于 400A 的静态负荷采用 6KV 母线供电；75 kW 至 1

6、85kW 的电动机与 150A 至 400A 的静态负荷由 PC 供电；低于 75KW 电动机及低于 150A的静态负荷由 MCC 供电；直流电机采用直流 220V 系统供电。6KV BUS will be provided to serve motor loads more than 185kW and non-motor loads more than 400A in rating. PC equipment will be provided to serve motor loads from 75 kW to 185kW and non-motor loads from 150A to

12、r 380V low voltage motors are performed by power supply circuit breaker and thermal relay.1.5电动机的运行调整电动机的运行调整1.5Motor operation adjustment1.5.1厂用电动机运行的一般规定1.5.1General regulations on operation of auxiliary motorsa)在电动机的外壳上，均应有制造厂家的额定铭牌，各专业的值班人员必须按照铭牌参数监视运行，在没有得到厂部批准之前，不得超参数运行。短时间超过额定电流时，应汇报值班调度，并通知电

13、气值班人员；a)Each motor casing should have the manufacturer rated nameplate. The operators of each shift should monitor the operation closely according to the parameters on the nameplates. Do not operate the motor overloaded without permission. If the current is more than rated current for short while, r

14、eport it to dispatcher and inform the electric operators on duty.b)电动机应按有关规定设有保护装置、自动装置、接地装置、仪表装置，并经常监视各装置均在良好状态。电流表应标有额定值。b)According to relevant regulation, the motor should be equipped with protective devices, automatic devices, earthing devices, instruments. Check to make equipment in good condi

Also, there should be maximum level, minimum level marks.f） 有加热器的备用电动机，加热器应长期投入，以防受潮，投运后立即退出。f)For the standby motor with heater, the heater should be always in service to keep it from damp. When the motor starts, it should be immediately deacti

Pay attention to the operating sound. Immediately stop motor in case of any abnormal condition.j)电动机启动应逐台进行，

21、一般不允许在同一母线上同时启动两台以上较大容量的电动机，启动大容量电动机（如启动电泵）前应调整好母线电压。j)Motors should be started one by one, it is not allowed to start 2 or more motors with high capacity on the same busbar. Before starting motors with high capacity such as electric pump, busbar voltage should be well regulated.k)自启动电机，电压下降或失电，且电流不

22、超过额定值的 20%时，20 秒内禁止手动切断开关。k)For self-starting motors, in case of voltage drop, power loss and no more than 20% rated current, it is not allowed to manually switch off the motor switch within 20s.l)高压电动机备用时应投入其电加热器运行。l)For high-voltage motor, in case of standby state, the heater should be activated.1

27、is between 95% to 110% the rated voltage, When the voltage is 95% ,the rated value, increase the stator current to 105% the rated current; When the voltage is 110% ,the rated value, decrease the stator current to 90% the rated current; 6Supervise and ensure the temperature and temperature rising of

32、Tests and checks before motor is energized1.6.1启动前的验收及试验1.6.1Acceptance and test before startup1.6.1.1 新安装或大修后的高压电动机应有下列试验记录1.6.1.1For HV motor which is newly installed or after major maintenance, following testing should be done.1)线圈或启动装置绝缘电阻的测量记录；1)Measurement and records of winding and startup de

33、vice insulation resistance.2)线圈的耐压试验记录；2)Winding voltage withstand test3)定子与转子间隙测量记录；3)Measurement and records of stator and rotor clearance 4)定子、转子及启动装置的直流电阻测量记录。4)Measurement and records of DC resistance of stator and rotor.1.6.1.2 集控值班人员在电动机投入运行前的验收检查内容：1.6.1.2The operators working in centralized

34、 control room have to check following items before put motor into operation.1)收回有关工作票，确认机械部分已无人工作；1)Relevant work permits have been gotten back. Check to make sure nobody works near the mechanical parts.2)检查电动机周围清洁无易然物品（油、破布等)，具备启动条件；2)Check to make the working area for motor is clean, without flamm

The motor meets the conditions for startup.3)检查润滑油系统和冷却水系统各部良好；3)Check to make sure lubrication oil system and cooling water system are in good conditions.4)检查绕线型电动机的刷垫与滑环接触良好，搬手在“启动”位置；4)Check the contact of brush pad and slip ring for wound rotor. The handle is put at Startup positi

36、on. 5)搬动转子旋转，灵活无卡涩现象。5)The rotor runs freely, without blocking and stiffness.1.6.1.3电动机送电前的试验1.6.1.3Tests before motor energization 81)收回有关工作票，拆除全部安全措施；2)新安装或检修后的电动机在送电前应进行断路器分合闸试验及事故按钮跳闸试验。3)继电保护传动试验。4)测定电动机、电缆、电动机轴承及油管路绝缘垫等绝缘电阻应合格。5)当有可能改变电动机相序的工作时，投入前应检查检验相序，保证电动机转向正确。1)Relevant work permit have

39、or Insulation Resistance1.6.2.1在下列情况下应测量电动机的绝缘电阻1.6.2.1Motor insulation resistance shall be measured under the following situations:1)新投运或检修后的电动机送电前。1)Before supplying power to new motor or overhauled motor. 2)进水、明显受潮的电动机。2)Obviously damped motor and the motor with water leaked in.3)备用中的电动机每十五天测量一次电

40、动机的绝缘。3)Measure the motor insulation one time for every fifteen days for motor during standby.4)停电时间超过七天的电动机需要送电时。4)When power is required to be supplied to a motor whose outage time exceeds seven days. 5)运行中跳闸的电动机。5)Tripped motor during operation.6)机炉启动前必须全部检查电动机绝缘。6)Before starting the unit ,all m

41、otors insulation must check .7)装有加热器的高压电动机，在电动机不运行时，加热器应投入。备用中的电动机如 9果加热器投入正常，可一个月测量一次绝缘电阻，且应与设备的定期切换试验工作配合进行。7)For HV motor installed with heater, when the motor fails to run, the heater shall be put in service. For a standby motor, if the heater can work normally, the insulation resistance can be

42、measured one time in each month, but the measurement shall be performed combined with the regular switch test of equipment.1.6.2.2测量电动机绝缘电阻的有关规定1.6.2.2Relevant regulations for measuring motor insulation resistance1)6kV 的电动机使用 2500V 摇表测量绝缘电阻，在常温下定子绕组绝缘值不低于6M，否则应对定子绕组进行干燥处理。1)For 6kv motor, the insula

43、tion resistance is measured with 2500v megger. Under normal temperature , the insulation value of rotor winding shall be not lower than 6M, or the rotor winding must be dried.2)400V 的电动机使用 500V 摇表测量绝缘电阻，在常温下（1030)定子绕组绝缘值不低于 0.5M，否则应对定子绕组进行干燥处理。2)For 400V motor, the insulation resistance is measured

44、with 500v megger. Under normal temperature (10 to 20), the insulation value of rotor winding shall be not lower than 0.5M, or the rotor winding must be dried.3)直流和绕组式电动机的转子线圈，用 500V 摇表测量绝缘电阻，其值不应低于 1 M。3)Adopt 500V magneto-ohmmeter to measure insulation resistance of DC and winding motors, its value

45、 should not be less than 1 M.4)电动机停用不超过两周且未经检修，若在环境干燥的情况下，送电或起动前可不测绝缘，但遇电动机进汽、淋水等异常情况，或电动机工作环境较差对其绝缘有怀疑时，在送电或起动前必须测绝缘。4)Motors which are layed-up for less than twuo week and no maintenance, if the environment is dry , insulation measurement does not need to be carried out before energization or star

46、tup, but steam enters into motor, water pouring situation occur, or working environment of motor is bad, the insulation is suspected, insulation should be measured before energization and startup.5)大修后的大型电动机轴承垫使用 1000V 摇表测量绝缘电阻，其值不低于 0.5M。5)For large motor bearing pad after overhaul, the insulation

47、resistance shall be measured with 1000V megger and the value shall be not lower than 0.5M.6)变频调速器测电机绝缘电阻时，应将操作箱内的电机电源隔离开关断开，在隔离开关下口测电机绝缘；测电源电缆绝缘时应断开变频器操作箱内的空气开关后，再测电缆绝缘，严禁对变频器外加电压。6)When frequency conversion speed regulator is used for motor insulation measurement, disconnect motor power disconnecto

48、r in operation cabinet and measure insulation at the lower part of disconnector. In case of power cable insulation measurement, switch off air switch in frequency conversion cabinet and then measure cable insulation. Never supply voltage to frequency converter. 107)如果测得电动机的绝缘电阻值、吸收比低于规定值或相间不通，不得对该电动

49、机启动或送电操作，通知检修人员对电动机进行检查处理。7)If the measured insulation resistance value and absorption ratio are lower than the regulated value, or phase to phase does connect to each other, do not start the motor or supply power to the motor. Inform the maintenance personnel to inspect the motor.1.6.2.3测量电动机绝缘电阻的注

50、意事项1.6.2.3Precautions for measuring motor insulation resistance1)测量前应核对设备的名称、编号正确。1)Check to make sure the equipment description and number are correct before measuring. 2)检查电动机已停电，确认无突然来电的可能，用合格的验电器验明无电压。2)Make sure the motor is off power and no sudden power on possibility. Verify there is no volta

51、ge with qualified electroscope.3)选择合适的摇表，确认摇表良好，检查回路无人工作。3)Select suitable megger and make sure it is in good status. Check the loop and make sure no person is working there.4)选好接地点，证实接地确实良好，断开影响测量准确性的回路。4)Select earthing point and make sure the earthing is good. Disconnect the loop which influences

52、 the accuracy of measurement.5)测量完毕将被测量设备放电，恢复影响测量准确性的回路。5)Discharge the measured equipment after measurement. Recover the loop which influences the accuracy of measurement.6)测量绝缘的时间不得少于 1 分钟。6)Insulation measuring time shall be not less than 1 minutes. 7)变频器严禁测量绝缘，带有变频器的电动机测量前应通知点检解除变频器，测量结束后恢复。7)D

53、o not measure frequency converter insulation, for motors with frequency converter, in case of insulation measurement, inform point-inspection personnel to disconnect frequency converter. After insulation measurement, reconnect frequency converter.1.6.3 电动机送电前的检查内容1.6.3Inspections before motor energi

54、zation 1)收回有关工作票，拆除全部安全措施；1)Relevant work permit have been gotten back; the safety measures have been removed.2)电动机及所带机构上已无人工作，周围清洁无杂物。 112)Make sure that there is no body working on the motor and auxiliaries, and it is clean without any other foreign materials.3)检查电动机各部标志齐全、正确，电缆头及电缆接地线完好。3)Check t

55、hat symbol of all parts are complete and correct, cable head and cable grounding wire are complete.4)电动机外壳接地线应牢固、完整, 风扇、对轮的护罩及基础各部螺丝牢固。4)Make sure that the casing of motor should be well earthed with reliable and complete earthing cable/wire; the bolts fitted on motor fans and coupler house as well

56、as the base is tight enough. 5)轴承已注油，油环油量充足，油色透明，油位正常。5)Bearing is filled with oil, and oil in oil ring is enough, oil is clear and the level is normal.6)电动机所带机械完好，并在起动准备状态。6)Mechanism which is driven by motor is complete, and it is under startup condition.7)尽可能设法盘动转子，检查定转子有无磨擦，机械部分有无卡涩现象。7)Try to t

57、urn the rot or and check if there is friction between stator and rotor, and if there is blocking phenomenon in mechanical part.8)设有冷却器的电动机，冷却器通水正常.通风道清洁无杂物。8)To the motor with cooler, water supply of cooler is normal and no foreign matter in ventilation stack.9)电动机开关各部良好，开关机构动作灵活，无卡涩现象.刀闸及熔断器插座接触良好。

58、熔断器应选择适当，三相一致，无断相现象，并接触良好。9)Check if all components of motor are good, switchgear mechanism is flexible, no blocking phenomenon. Contact of disconnector and fuse flashboard is good. Fuse should be selected properly, three phases are consistent, no phase breaking phenomenon, and contact is good.10) 保

59、护回路良好，压板投入正确，保护直流电源正常投入。10) Protection loop is good, the links are activated correctly, and protection DC power supply is put into operation normally. 11) 检查联锁开关位置正确，电气、热工仪表良好。11) Check that position of interlock switch is correct, electric part and instruments of I&C part are in good condition.

60、12) 对绕线式电动机，应检查整流子、滑环、电刷接触良好，起动变阻器短路把手在起动位置，调整电阻无卡涩现象。12) To winding motor, check that contact of commutator, slide-ring and electric brush is good, short circuit handle of starting rheostat is at “start” position, and no blocking phenomenon of regulating resistance. 1213) 对远方操作的电动机，由负责电动机运行的人员进行检查后通知远方
