A range of Orbis gauges is available to provide continuous non-contact measurement of

Also all the date and information from gauge measurement can be transferred (3 could be optioned by buyer in AO+/-10V) by relay, computer data link serial as well as Ethernet to LCD, CRT and LFD( optional); manage computer, even in the r

23、ment principle基本测量原理The moving bar passes through the gauge head within a cast iron guide tube. Rectangular slots in the shaft permit a light beam to be projected across the shaft.The optical system continually rotates around the bar and so constantly scans the complete profile. A sensing camera wit

24、hin the gauge head, located directly opposite the light source, detects the shadow image cast by the moving bar. It is a unique combination of state-of-the-art precision opto-el

26、ectronics and rugged engineering. The gauge integral optical system, rotates at up to 200rpm. The product temperature is measured by an infrared pyrometer, and the system processor computes the cold si

The max and min diameter for the one profile as well as the accordingly angle is always shown at the top of the left side of the scr

33、een. In order to help the operator adjust the rolling specification there will be 4 certain positions diameter, say 0º, 45º, 90º,135º always shown on the screen. The ovality and unit weight of the round bar is always automatic calculated shown on the display. All scan of the diam

The information is transmitted to the displays from the electronic processor by means of an RS422 data link that only requires a single twisted pair cable. Up to eight displays can be driven by this means if

44、ne when the trolley is moved to bring the gauge out of line. This minimizes disruption to the mill if the gauge requires service whilst in line. The trolley runs on tracks to be provided by the customer. On one side the trolley is fitted with double wheels to rest on round track while the other side

45、 has flanged wheels to rest on flat track. This is to ensure proper location of the gauge head.
