3、标准仪器,它具有操作简单、使用方便、准确可靠、实用性强的特点,其工作频率范围为DC,l 0Hz2000MHz,可供各计量部门、科研单位、仪器仪表生产厂的实验室等作为高频电压计量的工作标准。ZC-100B-type super high frequency voltage standard is a novel source-type measuring standard instrument based on ZC-100A-type and has the advantages of being easy to operate, being convenient to use, being

4、accurate and reliable and having strong practicability. The working frequency is 10HZ2000MHZ of direct current. The standard can be used as the working standard of high frequency voltage measurement in laboratories in metrological departments, scientific research institutes, instrument and meter man

5、ufacturing plants, etc.该标准仪器采用由中国科学研究院首创的14元薄膜热偶作为电压测量敏感元件,它具有10-5量级的直流正反向差和良好的频率特性,并有灵敏度高、过载能力强等优点。该标准应用交直流替代原理建立起了准确可靠的高频电压标准量值。The standard instrument adopts the 14-element film thermocouple that is initiated by Chinese Academy of Scientific Research as the sensitive element for voltage measureme

6、nt. The 14-element film thermocouple has forward and reverse difference of direct current of 10-5 grade, good frequency characteristic, high sensitivity and strong overload capacity. The standard uses the AC/DC substitution principle to establish accurate and reliable high frequency voltage standard

7、 measuring values. ZC-100B型的1号座可以在0. 2mm传输距离内与各种型号的电子电压表相连接进行直接检定。例如:Base 1 of ZC-100B-type can be connected with various types of electronic voltmeters within the transmission distance of 0.2mm to carry out direct verification. For example: DA一1, DA一2. DA一22, DA一36, DO一1, DYC一5, B3一24,MV一19C, IIFJ一

8、8, HFD一1,HFG一14, ZH2270, 9200A, 92BD 2号座是专门用来检定各种型号带三通探头的超高频毫伏表,它可以连接公制和英制的N型头,故此2号座不但可以检各种带三通头的电子电压表,还可以检定各种型号的校准接收机的电平.例如:Base 2 is dedicatedly used for verifying various types of super high frequency millivoltmeters with a tee-joint probe and can be connected with the N-type probes of the metric

9、or the British system. Therefore, Base 2 can verify not only various types of electronic voltmeters with a tee-joint probe but also the level of various types of calibration receivers. 18、agram is as follows:基准:Reference程控同轴开关:Program-controlled coaxial switch程控电压基准:Program-controlled voltage reference热偶座:Thermocouple base打印机:Printer图1Figure 1根据热电变换原理制作的同轴型间热式14元薄膜热偶安装在特制的热偶座内,用交直流替代的方法通过8031控制把交流信号加到热偶的加热丝上,当交流电流流过加热丝时会产生一定的热量,该热量通过薄膜介质很快的传到背面与其对应的多元热偶的热端上,使其温度升高,升高了温度的结点与其另外两端形成温差,

19、由“西贝克效应”产生热电势,该热偶由14对热偶串联组成,能产生比较大的热电势,该热电势经程控放大器放大后与另一路受8031控制的D/A变换器输出电压进行比较,比较器输出至8031,这样形成一个完整的闭环控制回路。当比较器输出为"0”时,自动平衡完成,8031控制同轴开关切换,交流断,直流替代电压加到热偶加热丝上,并控制其输出大小,使热电势与交流输入时一样,这时比较器输出亦为“0". 8031控制四位半电压表取样、显示、存储和打印。至此,交直流替代的全过程完成。ZC-100B就是以这种工作原理和方式建立起准确可靠的高频电压量值的。The coaxial indirectly

20、heated 14-element film thermocouple that is made according to the thermoelectric transform principle is arranged in a tailor-made thermocouple base. Under the control of 8031, AC signals are imposed on a heating wire of the thermocouple in the AC/DC substitution method. When AC flows through the hea

21、ting wire, certain heat is generated. The heat is then, through the film medium, transferred to a heating terminal of a multi-element thermocouple that corresponds to the 14-element film thermocouple on the back, thus raising the temperature. A temperature difference is formed between the node whose

22、 temperature is raised and other two terminals. Thermoelectric potential is generated owning to Seebeck Effect. The 14-element film thermocouple consists of 14 pairs of thermocouples which are connected in series, thus generating larger thermoelectric potential. After being amplified by a program-co

23、ntrolled amplifier, the thermoelectric potential is then compared with the output voltage of a D/A convertor controlled by 8031 in another circuit. Then the result of the comparator is output to 8031, thus forming a complete closed control loop. When the output of the comparator is 0, automatic bala

24、ncing is finished, 8031 controls the coaxial switch to switch, AC is cut off, DC substitution voltage is imposed on the heating wire of the thermocouple, the output is controlled to ensure the thermoelectric potential is the same as that when AC is input, and the output of the comparator is also 0 n

25、ow. 8031 controls a four and a half bits voltmeter to sample, display, store and print. So far, the whole process of AC/DC substitution is finished. In this way and according to the working principle, ZC-100B establishes accurate and reliable high frequency voltage measuring values.五、使用方法V Applicati

30、en the system is working.同轴电缆:Coaxial cable信号源:Signal source六芯电缆:Six-core cable被检表:Meter to be detected探头:Probe热偶座:Thermocouple base图 3Figure 3 将选好的交流信号源用同轴电缆与ZC -100B的交流输入端(INPUT)连接好,根据被检仪器需要选择ZC-100B的专用座。如检电子电压表用1号座(见图4),The selected AC signal source is connected with the AC input terminal (INPUT)

31、 of ZC-100B via the coaxial cable, and the dedicated base of ZC-100B can be selected according to the instrument to be detected. Base 1 is used for detecting an electronic voltmeter (see Figure 4).图4Figure 4 直接将1号座用同轴电缆与ZC-100B面板的交直流电压输出端(OUTPUT)拧上,使热偶座上的多芯插座垂直向上并用支架把座垫好,用专用多芯电缆插头与ZC-100B面板上的多芯插座连好,

32、选好与被检表探头相适应的接插件装在热偶座的标准电压输出口内拧紧,将电子电压表的探头轻轻插入标准电压输出口内,使表的探针与座的内导体接上。信号源、被检表及ZC-100B之间的地连好。Base 1 is directly screwed with the AC/DC voltage output terminal (OUTPUT) on the panels of ZC-100B via the coaxial cable, ensuring the multi-core socket on the thermocouple base to be vertically upward, and th

33、e base is cushioned by a bracket. Dedicated multi-core cable plugs are connected with the multi-core socket on the panels of ZC-100B, and a connector that corresponds to the probe of the instrument to be detected is selected and arranged at the standard voltage output port of the thermocouple base,

34、being screwed up. The probe of the electronic voltmeter is lightly inserted into the standard voltage output port to ensure the probe of the instrument to be connected with an inner conductor of the base. Ground among the signal source, the instrument to be detected and ZC-100B is connected. 如检各种带三通

35、的电子电压表或接收机时用2号座(见图5),用专用同轴电缆将2号座与ZC-100B前面板的输出端(OUTPUT)接好,用多芯电缆将座与ZC-100B面板上的插座连好。 Base 2 is used for detecting various electronic voltmeters or receivers with a tee joint (see Figure 5). Base 2 and the output terminal (OUTPUT) on the front panel of ZC-100B are connected via the dedicated coaxial ca

36、ble, and the base and the socket on the panels of ZC-100B are connected via the multi-core cable.图5Figure 5 根据被检仪器的情况把热偶座放置适当位置,使热偶座上的多芯插座垂直向上并用支架把座垫好。将“标准电压输出口”上的六棱螺母套上备件中的六棱环形板手,把被检电子电压表探头上的三通N型阴头插入“标准电压输出”口的六棱螺母内,一只手扶住座及三通,另一只手反时针轻轻旋转圆环形扳手,将三通与座连好。若检接收机的电平则把座的“标准电压输出口”直接拧到接收机的高电平端,信号源、被检表及ZC-100B

37、之间的地连好。(注:系统各仪器间共地!)According to the instrument to be detected, the thermocouple base is placed in an appropriate location, ensuring the multi-core socket on the thermocouple base to be vertically upward, and the base is cushioned by a bracket. A six-edge nut on the standard voltage output port is s

38、leeved with a six-edge annular wrench which is one of spare parts, then the tee-joint N-type negative on the probe of the electronic voltmeter to be detected is inserted into the six-edge nut on the standard voltage output port. Hold the base and the tee joint by one hand, and spin the annular wrenc

39、h counterclockwise lightly by another hand, and connect the tee joint and the base. If the level of a receiver is detected, the standard voltage output port of the base is spun to a high level end of the receiver. The ground among the signal source, the instrument to be detected and ZC-100B is conne

40、cted. (Note: The instruments in the system have common ground.)以上准备工作完成后,连同检定系统的其它仪器一起开启电源,予热15-30分钟。After the preparations are finished, turn on the power of the instrument as well as other instruments in the verification system and preheat for 15-30 minutes.(三)主机功能介绍及操作(3) Introduction of Main Fun

41、ctions and Operations1. 开机 1. Starting the machine 按下电源开关POWER,整机自检,所有显示全亮。约3秒钟后,蜂鸣器响一下,自检完毕,前面板上的14, 15, 16显示为:"Va 0. 0000 V" 17为“00"打印机在线指示灯亮。这时ZC-100B进入正常工作状态。Press down the power switch POWER, the whole machine checks itself automatically, and all display lights are on. After abou

42、t 3 seconds, the buzzer sounds once, showing the self-checking is finished. The display on 14, 15 and 16 on the front panel is Va 0.0000 V; the display on 17 is 00; and the printer online indicator light is on. Now, ZC-100B enters normal working condition.2. 打印功能2. Print function按一下PRN键,该键指示灯亮/灭,进入/

43、退出打印状态。Press the key PRN once, and the indicator light of the key is on/off, showing entering/quitting the printing status. 3.存储功能3. Store function按一下STO键,该键指示灯亮/灭,进入/退出存储状态。Press the key STO once, and the indicator light of the key is on/off, showing entering/quitting the store status. 4.存储地址调整4. S

44、torage address adjustment地址显示器ADDRESS由两位LED七段显示器组成,可提供00-99共100个存储地址。The address display ADDRESS consists of two-digit LED seven-segment displays, which can provide 100 storage addresses from 00 to 99.每按一次键或键,地址增加或降低1.The address value increases or decreases 1 every time the key or is pressed. 通过存储地

45、址的调整与其它功能的配合,可把数据存入所选地址中,也可调出所选地址中所存的数据。Through the adjustment of the storage address and the matching with other functions, the data can be stored into the selected address, or the data stored in the selected address can be downloaded.5.单次测量5. Single measurement a.调节外接交流信号源输出电压的大小,使被检表的读数为某一预定值,记下此

46、值,此 值即标称值Vn 。 a. Adjust the output voltage of the external AC signal source to ensure the reading on the instrument to be detected to be a preset value. Write down the value, namely, the nominal value Vn.b.按一下单次测量键STEP,该键指示灯亮,ZC-100B开始对预置电压进行测量。b. Press the single measurement key STEP once, the indi

47、cator light of the key is on/off, and ZC-100B begins to measure the preset voltage. c.约15秒钟后,蜂鸣器响一下,STEP键指示灯熄灭,测量完毕,测量结果Va在主显 示器中显示出来。c. After about 15 seconds, the buzzer sounds once, and the indicator light of the key STEP is off, showing that the measurement is finished. The measurement result Va

48、 is displayed on the main display. d.若在测量结束之前(蜂鸣器响之前)打印键PRN的指示灯是亮着的,ZC-100B处于 打印状态,则所测的结果被打印出来。d. If the indicator light of the print key PRN is on before the measurement is finished (before the buzzer sounds), ZC-100B is in the printing status, and the measurement result is printed out. e.若在测量结束之前(

49、蜂鸣器响之前)存储键STO的指示灯是亮着的,ZC-100B处于 存储状态,则所测的结果被存入当时地址显示器所显示的地址中。存储完毕后,地址显示器的数值加1,指向下一地址。e. If the indicator light of the store key STO is on before the measurement is finished (before the buzzer sounds), ZC-100B is in the store status, and the measurement result is stored into the address which is disp

50、layed on the address display at that time. After the storage is finished, the value on the address display increases 1, pointing to the next address.例如:当时地址为18,所测结果存入18中,存储完毕后,地址加1变为19。For example, the address is 18 at that time, and the measurement result is stored into 18. After the storage is fin

51、ished, the address value increases 1 and changes to 19.f.若在单次测量结束之前需停止测量,则再按一下STEP键即可退出单次测量状态。f. If the measurement needs to be stopped before a single measurement is finished, press the key STEP again to quit the status of single measurement. (注:在实际测量过程中,高频信号源的输出不是很稳定,ZC一100B所测的值为按下STEP键的瞬间值,,与其后交流

52、源的变化无关。)(Note: During the actual measurement process, the output of the high frequency signal source is not so stable. The value measured by ZC-100B is the momentary value when the key STEP is pressed down and has nothing to do with the subsequent variation of the AC source.)6.连续测量6. Continuous meas

53、urement连续测量为单次测量的重复,其操作过程与单次测量基本相同。例如,现需对某一交流电压连续进行多次测量则可按一下CONT键,该键指示灯亮,测量开始。每完成一次测量蜂鸣器响一下,主显示器显示该次测量值。此时若不再按CONT键,则测量将一次接一次自动重复进行下去。若想退出连续测量状态,再接一下CONT键,该键指示灯熄灭即可。Continuous measurement is the repetition of single measurement, and the operation process is basically the same as that of the single m

54、easurement. For example, now an AC voltage needs to be multiply measured continuously, press the key CONT once, and the indicator light of the key is on, showing the measurement starts. The buzzer sounds once every time a single measurement is finished, and the measurement value of this time is disp

55、layed on the main display. If the key CONT is not pressed any more, the measurement would continue one after another automatically. Press the key CONT again to quit the status of continuous measurement, and the indicator light of the key is off. 7.数据处理功能7. Data processing function在检定测试过程中,通常需对测试数据进行

56、一定的处理,如计算平均值、相对误差等,ZC一100B即可完成这些数据处理。其计算公式如下: During the verification and test process, the test data normally need to be processed, the calculated mean value, the relative error, etc. ZC-100B can process the data. The calculation formula is as follows:其中为三次测量的平均值,即实际值;Wherein, is the mean value of three measurement values, namely, the actual value; Vn为被检表的标称值; Vn is the nominal value of the instrument to be detected; a为相对误差。 a is the relative error.(从检定
