1、芝加哥湖滨东区规划,LAKESHORE EAST MASTLAN, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, USA, DESIGNED 19982002设计:SOM 建筑师事务所DESIGN: SKIDMORE, OWINGS & MERRILL LLP湖滨东区规划是芝加哥市中心的一个重要居民的土地上,树木和天然植物茂盛地繁殖其上。在园预留出一块场地用于公立小学校,配以新园林区房屋。居民区着力营造出能够吸引人们居住在市中心的环境氛围,并且加强了与现有居民区协调和匹配。大街,是 大城市市中心最大的未被占用的开发区之一。规划包括多功能/办公用房、宾馆用房、住宅用房、公园、公立小学 / 公园区房屋。与
2、以前的规划方案相比,本规划降低了总密度,原因是增加了空间、小区内街道和减少了密度。规划提出一系列现存的实际限制和“城市障碍”,包括现有的3层公路系统。在平面上同时展示区的规划,同时,也是始于1969年的中心规划的最后一个开发区的规划。规划清晰地划出街区,四通八达的街道网络和开阔的空间将湖滨东区与城市中其他开发区连成一体。一个拥有上千户居民的生机勃勃的新街区将要出现,距离公共交通中11.34hm2 的位于芝加哥市中心,芝加哥心和环路的市中心只有几步之遥。河与密执安湖交汇处,西临3层公路,东临规划的特点是将新的园林建造于“真正”2层湖滨大道,北邻3层公路,南邻3层兰道夫3 2 世界建筑 11/20

The site is one ofthe largest remaining vacant development sites in a major downtown inthe United Sts.Mastlan Program includes potential mixed-use / office use, hoterooms, re
10、sidentiaits, public park, public elementary school / parkdistrict fieldhouse. The plan lowers the overall density from previousproals on this site due to an increased amount of open space, additional local streets, and lower density development.The mastan addresses a series of existing physical cons
11、trainand urban barriers including an existing 3-level roadway system. Through a series of public meetings and workshops the plan addressed neighboring residents concerns. Througheract
